Can't blame the dentist for me not brushing or flossing my teeth the past 20 years.. This was my first visit, received x-rays from a camera that is supposed to rotate around your next, the problem I was too tall and broad shouldered.. Receptionist was great, the dental hygienist stopped before she started.. The doc was kind and knowledgeable (she better be if she's a doctor) and helpful.. I had a broken piece of tooth that needed to be removed. Instead of helping me I felt as if they saw only denture plan moving forward. I wish they would removed the broken tooth, I had to go elsewhere for that.. But there is an unprofessional awkward moment when I turned from patient to customer. You are completely vulnerable because you are still sitting in the dentist chair and feel trapped. Not a good look..

They have the nicest staff. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists. They made my son's dental experience very enjoyable. We will all be back.

Omg they are the best!!! I am literally terrified to go to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable everyone was extremely nice and friendly. They explained everything down to the last detail. I am excited to go back

The staff was great, everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable, they all seemed very knowledgeable at what they were doing, however, this being my first time at aspen, when I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, I was expecting my teeth to get cleaned. I was also expecting a small copay but I was not expecting a $100 first time fee, I'm not too sure I like that much, any other dentist would've had my teeth cleaned for less than $20.

Everyone was so nice. Tyler was especially nice. All my questions were answered. Treatment plan was explained to me step by step. I was so nervous going in because previous dentist were bad experience. I soon calmed down and wasn't t so nervous. I would recommend Aspen to my friends.

A huge Thank you to THE WHOLE CREW. I first went to Aspen Dental on the 11th of June 2022 for there free yes FREE VETERANS services day. That day they took xrays and extracted one tooth and made me a temporary partial and cleaned my teeth. But the story doesn't end there you see the adopted me and since then I have received a filling and temporary crown. And when the permanent crown and partial come in they will put them in ALL AT NO COST TO ME. SO Again THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

My visit to Aspen dental was awesome. Have not been to the dentist in over 15 years. Everyone was so nice and very concerned about my procedure. I felt very relaxed and very well cared for by everyone. I would advise anyone that needs dental care to go to Aspen dental.

Girlfriend cracked her front tooth on a glass. When seen they attempted to sway her from having me, a 3rd party present. We were told after a Less than 5 minute look by the doctor, (who explained nothing) she would need to have it shaven down and a cap/crown placed on it as soon as possible. (Woah, let's get a second opinion) ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION Got a second opinion the next day at the Smile Center and was told it was a Hairline fracture and Superficial. That Bonding or Sealant would be the Most Extreme option Possibly needed if the tooth didn't naturally strengthen itself over 2 weeks. Thanking God we knew better than to go with the first consult.

The Aspen Dental team at the Tonawanda, NY location are friendly and courteous. Dr. Syed provides great care and always presents herself with the utmost professionalism. I am happy that I've found this office to take care of my dental health, and I highly recommend for those who are considering a place to get quality care to give them a try.

Do not go here for a regular cleaning. I have dental insurance and have been going to different dentists for awhile, I moved a lot. Never had any trouble. I scheduled an appt for a cleaning with this Aspen Dental, they took a ton of xrays, looked at my teeth with some sort of scale and said I would need several hundred dollars of gingivitis cleaning (after insurance) and I would have to schedule a second appt for the cleaning. In all the dentists I have gone to, this has never come up. I have a suspicion that this gingivitis cleaning is simply a fluoride rinse, offered at most dentists at no extra cost. This was 1 hr + into the appt. A waste of time and a scam. Now I have to sort out this visit with my insurance. Do not go here for a regular cleaning. What a pain.

I had a very similar experience to another Buffalo community member (Phil Waclawski). Read his review, it's spot on. I went in for a simple x-ray/cleaning. Towards the middle of the appointment the dental hygienist (Svetlana) checked my gums by touching them with a scraper and then started saying random numbers throughout "2,2,3,2,5,2" etc. At the end she stated that the numbers she was saying were the gap in my gums in millimeters and that I had gingivitis and needed to be treated for this. I wondered how this hygienist was able to spot such gaps by using no measuring tool (she wasn't able to). At the end of the appointment I found out this procedure, without insurance, would cost over $5,000!!! Apparently a normal cleaning cannot be done without this gingivitis "treatment" being done prior. After reading reviews from across the country, I found that this is a common scam for them to pull. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL, ESPECIALLY NOT THE ONE ON 1730 NIAGARA FALLS BOULEVARD. They are con men. Do not trust the "nice front desk manager" Tina.
