So far so good . I am getting snap in dentures along with pulling the teeth I have remaining. Every one there was fabulous and answered all my questions and explained what they are going to do. I will comment on my journey with the next step.

It would be great if they explained up front costs before they book your appointment so that you don't miss time from work just to be shut down when you think they're going to help you.

My mother went to this location yesterday. She had made an appointment for 2pm to see doctor so she could get new dentures. She arrived 10 minutes early. Was taken to a room by a young man who started asking her what she was there for. She told him then he said they would get started with her repair. She told him no I want to get new dentures. He then told her she wold need to see the doctor. She said I know that was why she was there to see the doctor at 2pm At 3:45 pm she left as no one came back to room to help her. As of today no from the office even called to see why she left.

If I could give zero stars I would. It took a month and half to get my husband an appointment to have his tooth pulled. Less than 24 hours before his appoinment they sent an email (it was a sunday) saying his appointment time had been changed and the location. This caused us to lose money because he works third shift and ended up taking the day off causing issues at work. Then it took 2 hours after they opened to answer the phone and no one could tell me why his appointment was changed without asking if it was OK first. Then the prescription wasn't filled out right for his pain killers. He called the next day to see if it had been taken care of he was told yes. Then when he called the pharmacy they said they had not been contacted yet. He called Aspen back where they said the script was still waiting to be corrected. This place is crazy I would never go back.

From scheduling an appointment to completing this appointment, the services at this dental office were OUTSTANDING! The receptionist/scheduler explained the documents that had to be read & signed, the dental technician explained the X-ray process before taking photos of your mouth, the Dentist, Dr. Alekhya Badam, D.M.D., was AMAZING! The Office Manager, Doug Bush, was FANTASTIC! He took time to carefully explain the pricing and how payments are made, showing me the procedures that will be done AND the prices!

They made my 76 yr. old mother with stage 4 cancer wait over two hours past her scheduled appointment on 9/7/22. Do to her medical condition she had to leave without having her tooth pulled. She also had to be off her cancer Meds for 4 weeks prior to this visit. This place overbooks and I would not recommend giving this place your business.

Super visit had a root canal done by the best of the best team ever Dr Badam and Zeena. They they are wonderful and come highly recommend. Go Toledo Team. I feel very blessed to have them on my side.

there are too many patients treated at the same time. dentist may sound rude at times. 1/3 of your stay will most likely be a waiting game.

Overall I am pleased! I was able to get an appt quickly, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me develop a plan for future needs that I can afford. The only negative was the time I spent waiting for the appt to start and again after my X-rays waiting for the dentist to come in. The appt took about 2.5 hours. All the waiting is stressful for those of us who have anxiety at the dentist.

I have been going here for 2 years and going every 3-4 months for regular cleaning and was happy. They texted me today that I needed to reschedule my appt. that I had for tomorrow. They can't get me in for 3 months, but if you go on-line, they have multiple openings for the first appt. for each day this week! The other area locations could not get me in any sooner. Why is it so easy to an appt. for a new customer, but they can't service existing customers properly? I went back to my previous dentist and could get an appt. for next week. Good bye Aspen Dental! Update: Per the response from the owner (Krista), I called customer service and left a message. It has been at least 3 weeks since I left the message and never heard back. I'll keep everyone posted to final outcome...

I would avoid this practice at all costs. I had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here. I have paperwork where I paid to be sedated After arrival they did not / could not sedate me The most rude surgeon I ever could have met worked on my teeth. If my mom hadn't traveled to support me I would have left immediately. I have scarring on the inside of my cheeks, I was not prescribed antibiotics after my first visit even after calling for Anti-biotics. It's 10 days later and I still have tremendous pain and swelling in my mouth. I now have to go to Urgent Care. I recently met someone who had their wisdom teeth removed by the same surgeon as me. We will be moving forward with legal action. Avoid this practice at all cost's. For your own benefit not my own.
