I've never been to a dentist office that was so happy everyone was so friendly and full of pep it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to my friends.

I have been to two other Aspen dental offices and I never received the care that I received at Aspen dental in Port Orange Florida today they have totally saved me from going somewhere else thank you very much. The dentist was just awesome the staff was really great I felt like I was at home everything was explained to me in ways that I could understand. I am 100% please with the service that I received

Everyone, I mean every person there was so kind. I found my place. About to get a lot of work done here and super excited! They make you excited about teeth work!!! Love them!!!

Terrible customer service. Was told when making the appointment that the first visit is a complementary exam. Gave all my insurance info and created an account and had my exam. A month later I get a bill in the mail and when I called them I explained the situation and they said it would be no issue to remove the balance. Called a total of 4 times and each time they apologized for the misunderstanding and told me the balance would be removed.Here I am months later again receiving a bill in the mail. Spoke with the office manager who told me it didn't matter what the staff told me, she can't remove a balance. Completely unprofessional.

Staff was very professional and friendly. I haven't been to the dentist for awhile and kind of nervous at the dentist. They made me feel at ease and explained everything they were going to do.

Very good. .lots of help from the (3) front desk ladies. .also Dr. James assistant provided help and understanding for me. And of course Dr. James, EXCELLENT !!!

I am brand new to this area. I had lost a front cap and carried it when I traveled to Florida. I got an appointment right away and my tooth was fixed in n time. The people at Aspen were friendly, caring and concerned for my comfort. Thank you so much for your help.

I have never had a good experience with a dentist until yesterday. I have had teeth pulled in the past and it always hurt the dentist would argue I couldn't feel it. Well yesterday the dentist made sure I was good and numb he did not break the tooth like other dentists had in the past the only think I felt was the numbing shots. He put a stitch in after he pulled the tooth and the pain after was very minimal even now I can barley feel any pain. This is the only dentist I will ever go to again.

I usually don't write reviews but felt like I should this time. I went in for a consultation and a deep clean a day later. Jessica, an admin, was super sweet and helpful with my insurance situation. Jess, the hygienist, was also so unbelievably nice - she even got me a blanket because she could see I was cold. I feel like she did a great job cleaning my teeth and going over my treatment plan. It felt like she genuinely cared and didn't make me feel bad about what I needed to correct, but just let me know how to fix it. Overall, I was super happy with my experience there so far. I get my wisdom teeth taken out next month and hopefully that all goes just as well.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life! Dr. James performed a tooth extraction and I can honestly say it was the most painful, barbaric experience I have ever had! This comes from someone who has had a ton of dental work done! If I could rate it a negative 10 I would!

I'm a new patient to the this facility and to Aspen Dental. I was very pleased with the services I've received. When it comes to the mouth area... No one is quick to get treatment. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease and Ms. Jess RDH and Ms. Santana took good care of me. My husband was with me every step of the way... He too was impress with their services and way I was treated. Now he is looking in to using them for his oral care. I will most definitely continue using their services. Thank you to the Aspen Dental team in Titusville FL,32780. Ms. Jess.... Special Thank you.

Mother in law went here and got thousands of dollars in work done including a root canal and a crown. After a couple weeks of pain she went back in and they told her she had an infection and gave her antibiotics. After a couple more weeks she went back and they told her the work would have to be fixed, but that they will not do it because the dentist that initially performed the work was no longer there. Stay away from these corporate, scam artist, money hungry dentist and stick to a local independent practice, your mouth and your wallet will thank you.

The ladies were super friendly and helpful I didn't qualify for the care credit card to have a payment plan but they were able to do my work needed in sections so I didn't have to pay all at once they girl sat with me and didn't give up till I was happy with the payments

We were blown away at the amazing service we received from Aspen Dental in our emergency situation! We were in a panic with my husbands sudden onset of horrible pain. Called three other dental offices with no help offered . Aspen Dental brought my husband in for emergency exam even though he had never seen them before. Two appointments were set up for follow up to take care of the situation- and this was all done so accommodate our travel schedule. They are #1 and we are thankful for their help!

I only rated 3 because of Dr. Dryjski, she was great. The other dentist, Dr. Rashid,, wanted to give me a root canal and 7 days of antibiotics for a non existing infection and no need for a root canal. Dr. Dryjski found I only needed a small filling not a root canal.

Great service. Dr James was very professional and the work he did on me was painless. I definitely recommend them because the reception from the time I walked in was very customer friendly. Jessica made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I'm not big on writing reviews, however, I was so astonished with the care I received from this office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left! Everyone was amazing! Toddles to JESSICA, RDH , she is such an amazing hygienist! My worries and nerves went away with her! Jess broke the ice and is just so warming! IF IT IS NOT JESS TOUCHING MY TEETH I DONT WANT IT HAHAHA! Jess thank you for your amazing care and making my smile beautiful again :) !! I couldn't be anymore happier with my experience here! You all are AMAZING! Including my provider who was just so caring and made sure I understood my next steps!!

I recently experienced problems with a loose implant, therefore I started searching for a dentist. Aspen Dental was near my residence and I made an appointment for the next available opening using their online appointment system. I was given the opportunity to complete all essential forms at the same time. After making the on-line appointment, I received confirmation and frequent reminders of the appointment each day thereafter. On the 27th of June, I showed up early for my appointment and was immediately struck by the clean, modern office and a courteous employees. I also noticed a continuous flow of people. I was happy to see that the office was busy. My first stop was x-ray. It was the most complete x-ray that I have received in recent memory. I was led to another office by the x-ray technician and told to have a seat. Unlike, anything that I have seen before, I observed the streamlined equipment in the room and a monitor/TV at the foot of my chair. I noticed that the information on the monitor was about me. The x-rays were those just completed by me. While waiting for the doctor, the aforementioned monitor became a TV, which made the wait time tolerable. When the doctor arrived, he greeted me and identified himself as Doctor James. He pulled up my x-rays and enquired as to the nature of my visit. Having the x-rays on the monitor, made it easy to show where my problem existed. Doctor James examined the loose implant and said he could correct the problem in two ways. The first way was to repair with a bandaid solution and the second and correct way by replacing the implant. I elected to go with the repair until I returned to my hometown dentist who did the original work. Dr. James cleaned the area and cemented the implant as it was before. In summary, I will seek treatment from this office again in the future if I have a dental issues when visiting the area. Dr James and his staff are professionals in all aspects of dental care.
