So incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled the root canal weeks in advance, a girl from the office called me the day before my appointment telling me that my appointment time had changed. I told her I had to take time off work and so did my husband to coordinate this appointment I would not like to change it. Then the following day, they call me five hours before my appointment to tell me an "emergency" had come up and they are cancelling my appointment. What emergency takes 5 hours?! I will never, ever work with this location again. If I didn't love the Manchester office so much I would switch providers all together.

The whole staff at Aspen Dental treated me like I belong there. I lost my brother 2 weeks ago and they took that into consideration during my visit. I will never go to another dentist after this experience I had today.

don't know about dentists but can say get Jessica Daniels their Dental hygienist is the best so if you can ask for anyone ask for her!

Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental Tilton was very good. The receptionist Michelle, dental assistant Shannon, hygienist Jessie, and dentist Dr Marjani were all very friendly, personable and professional. I received some X-rays, an exam for periodontal disease, and a screening for oral cancer by the hygienist, and a check by the dentist. I feel it a was comprehensive exam. The reason for 4 stars was because of some "clerical" issues. They could not find my records that I had requested sent from my former dentist. So I will have to call again. Also, they received wrong info from my dental insurance, causing confusion about what might be covered. So I need to call and follow up with that, which is no fun! Their advertisement about "first X-rays and exam free" applies to those with no insurance, so maybe I should have not revealed that I have insurance until my cleaning, which I am waiting to hear when that will be. I would definitely refer people to Aspen Dental, Tilton, especially if they don't have insurance.

If you're the type of person that values your physical health & your finances, DO NOT LET Aspen Dental win you over with their "affordability" & great sales team I mean staff*** Immense damage to teeth that weren't part of procedures, Had my jaw dislocated during an extraction by a female doctor who I can only assume was an apprentice of sorts! You could quite literally chip your tooth in half, request that it be pulled because you can not afford an implant & it's causing severe pain & they will still tell you that you need to pay for a consultation with the man your paying to pull said tooth. Then here's the kicker when you get there no matter your X-ray history or visible health/ damage they won't let you leave without charging another one of those up, and here's the best part they don't even provide a window to do the "Emergency" work once it's confirmed that it needs to be done, you then will likely have to make another, SEPARATELY billable appointment & try again next time PRAYING they don't do more damage than they repair... STILL, have damage and emergency work that needs to be done to this day because of Aspen. Affordable "dentistry" sure, but reputable? Not so much!

They did good on some procedures that could have been painful. I was never caused any undue discomfort. That being said, they suffer from a lack of customer service and meeting what a customer wants versus making extra money. I just pulled my charts and replaced my 6/7/22 appointment to another dental practice. 3 times they were supposed to resubmit a bill including my medical coverage effective date, same as dental, so what dental insurance doesn't cover my medical would. 3 times they never resubmitted the bill so I finally just paid it. They swear a 4th time they are resubmitting, we'll see. They don't call back and just want to upsell.

So far everyone great and friendly I'm not a big fan of. Dental but they make thing easy for what I'm doing so every visit the people are nice and I they try to her all my stuff done and so far everything has gone great
