They started with making a temporary set of dentures that were crooked in my mouth and they done well at getting the finish bottom partial to be right although with the full top it had one small spot on one side that was uncomfortable the dentist took his grinder and ground the whole inside out of the dentures and left itlikeaswa blade inside I couldn't even wear them without pain in the top of my mouth I went back and explained to them what was happening they ground them more and sent me down the road not happy with them at all I will need to find other dentist that an hopefully fix thethe mess the doctor made at Aspen Dental in Thomaston.. Too bad that guy doesn't listen to his patients

The Staff at the Thomaston Aspen Dental are outstanding, From the people at the front desk to the DA's, wonderfully kind and sympathetic people! Dr. Grassi is great, he is firm and direct and got right down to business, I like that. The procedure went as well as an extraction could, He was quick and efficient and made sure I felt as little pain as possible, I will be returning in the near future to continue treatment and while I'm not looking forward to the procedures I am looking forward to seeing seeing everybody down at the clinic!

My wife and I have recently moved to Maine from the state of New York. We have chosen AspenDental because they accepted our insurance. We have been very happy with the service provided by AspenDental staff - Cheyenne, Kim, Amanda and Dr.Grassi. The Rockland center is modern and clean. And has plenty of parking spaces for patients. Mandy and Tammy are my favorite people to have assist me when I have to go to the dentist. They are always the most helpful. Jonas is amazing also.

Twice they've got me in extra fast for pain and extractions. Great team made me feel comfortable and I left laughing.

They were so gentle and friendly! I went in scared and embarrassed of the condition of my teeth and they made that all disappear! Now I'm getting my teeth fixed finally and feel so much better!

Called the Topsham, ME location due to broken and infected tooth, they weren't able to get me in but found me an appointment later in the day in Thomaston, ME location. The staff was super friendly and made my experience easy and explained everything they did. Shout out too Mandy she was very knowledgeable and made my experience way better. Dr. Grassi was very easy to deal with and didn't try to upsell me on anything and agreed to schedule to remove some problem teeth. Tammy and I believe his name was Jonathan were very helpful in explaining everything in detail. Overall it was an awesome experience and very nice to see people who seem to enjoy what they do in today's world

Stacey was wonderful. She was so good at her job that I hardly felt my cleaning. My teeth look so good. And she had a great chairside manner. All of the staff at the water st Augusta Maine address were so friendly and helpful. An all around great experience. Keep up the good work!

Friendly staff members made us feel comfortable and welcome. They listened to our concerns and helped pick an appropriate treatment plan for our dental care. Having adverse reactions to some medications this office had several other options for us to explore to achieve proper care and to be able to continue treatment. Wonderful place/ care

I have been to multiple dentists throughout my life, I've had ok and bad experiences with dentists that push procedures that really don't need to be pushed or rushed patient care and not listening to me and one really unpleasant extraction experience. I swear Aspen has been consistently the BEST dentist corp I have been to and Dr. Grassi *chef's kiss*, I will literally always request that man from here on out. Listens, great bedside manner, knows his stuff, efficient and the best and least nerve wracking care I've ever had. He literally has significantly degreased my anxiety related to anything dentistry 10 fold!

This place in THOMASTON MAINE.was so good ,very professional, very helpful, and so nice.Im usually so scared anytime go to the Dentist but they made it so chill and so easy for me.i guess I'll just say thank you..
