I came here because of a recommendation from my brother. This is the closet location for me and so far everything is okay but I don't like it that I'm not able to reach someone when I call the office. For a total of two visits I needed to call before going in to my appointment and I called several times and it goes straight to a voicemail. I even called the call center to see why I wasn't able to reach them and they sent out an email to the office manager and they weren't able to reach them neither. When I finally did get there to the office and I would hear the phone rang and the front desk girl will just tell whomever is calling that she's with a patient and their is no patient even standing there at the desk. When I brought my issue up to the front desk girl she tried to dismiss my claim stating that they didn't have any missed calls and tried to change the subject. She never apologized for them not being available, she just dismissed it again and again. She was rude and not inviting. She displays a behavior as though she doesn't even want to be there.

Not so impressed, over time. I was with Aspen, at three (3) locations, over a six (6) year period of time. Their dental hygienist don't stay for years and the cleanings vary from excellent, to worthless...depending on who you get. Their practice emphasizes "deep cleanings"...and once you begin this process, they informed me that deep cleanings are what you receive thereafter. The final straw that ended my relationship with Aspen was during Covid-19. I was scheduled for my semi-annual cleaning, but received notice shortly before coming that my hygienist had left, and I had been rescheduled. When I arrived, I was informed at the front desk that the period from my last cleaning now required, by Aspen policy, that I receive X-rays. I am not a fan of having more radiation than absolutely necessary, as minimal as a dental X-ray's be, but it was obvious that X-rays and deep cleanings are a good money maker for Aspen. I'm done!

Aspen Dental in The Villages got us in very quickly, were very informative and friendly. I also love the fact that I can go to any location nationwide now without a "new patient" exam as we live in our RV.

After nearly a year dealing with other dentists who "couldn't see" the reason I was having pain, Aspen found an abscess and I now have a plan for recovery.

Broke a Veneer that I had done in Houston about 10 or so years ago. Went to these guys, they insisted that I have a CROWN made ($1600) , and ground down the FRONT tooth. The TECH ( not the dentist) made a temporary crown that looks like a DEAD tooth. Plus, the veneer shifted a bit when they were making the temporary. So, now, I have this GRAY looking tooth, PLUS a big gap between my front teeth. Can only hope that the REAL crown is a closer match and the gap is gone. I spent thousands about ten years ago to have a nice smile. Am dreading that the teeth aren't going to be even close as they warned me upmteen times that they couldn't match exactly.

Had already been there but a few years before, but they insisted I need new whole mouth X-rays, then separate X-rays (for the crown that popped off but I had, intact in a ziplock bag. The dentist came in, told me I had a cavity between the nub of a tooth left and the crown next to it. Not in a hurry to put it back on, despite my appearance! Checking out, found out I owed $3025; w/o insurance it would have cost $5,000! Had to open a care credit line to pay it off in 18 months! On the bill, and not discussed with me - my periodontal disease and treatment diagnosed at my LAST visit (keep in mind they are treating me as a new patient). Hygienist did not examine my gums because if they bled, they may cause a bacterial infection and because of my surgical wound on my back I suppose they would be exposed to some liability. She also did not clean my teeth which would have helped the cavity. The dentist did not examine my teeth, which I am not sure if that charge was on the bill. This is what I don't like about them is that they pre-bill you for services that you may not have asked for and may not even know if you need because it was not discussed with you. I asked her to take some things off the bill because I did not need them. Horrible..

Going to the dentist is usually not a positive thing, but when I went to Aspen Dental I got a big, wonderful surprise! ALL the staff were so friendly and professional. The dentist was wonderful. She explained everything and made me feel like my dental issues could be handled. She took her time and answered all my questions. I've been to many dental offices in my life time but none compare to this. Aspen Dental was fantastic. Would highly recommend them.

The cleaning was good but the Dentist only focused on filling a tooth rather than fix the glaring issue of receding gum around molars

The office and its various rooms are immaculate, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, AND every step of the proposed dental plan was laid out and explained in great detail. Furthermore, there are many financing options available in addition to other alternative options offered. Kudos to the entire staff including Dr. Tran, Autumn, Marsha, and Michelle to name a few. Together, their team took all the anxiety and apprehension out of my visit.
