I'm not a big fan of DR offices but I'm going to tell you I have never had a more relaxed laid back time at one!! This place was awesome from the time I opened the door for my appointment. Everyone very thorough and helped to understand what was to be done, quick, and just great people from the young lady at the front desk to the lady who set me up with the plan at billing who also might I add was very helpful with a plan that fit my budget!! I would recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you so much for a great experience Aspen Dental!!

I have never experienced such comfort during a dental emergency, however the kind staff at Aspen Dental at 330 Colony Blvd, proved that comfort is indeed possible even during a dental emergency! I am beyond grateful to have experienced the genuine care and professionalism that each member at THIS specific location exhibits!! I have referred 5 of my friends already, and I've only been a patient for three days! I had a tooth ache for 2 weeks. Today when I went for my visit, the x-rays showed that I had a hole in my tooth. It had an old silver crown on it. The bottom molar had already been pulled years ago. Without the bottom molar for the top molar to rest on, there wasn't the need to do a new crown. Dr. Nguyen recommended to pull the tooth. Because of it being the top molar and the roots could affect my sinuses, he recommended an oral surgeon. They checked with the other Aspen dental office and the oral surgeon had an opening at 11 am. They got me scheduled, and Dr McCaskey and crew got my tooth out. I am truly thankful for them .

Great people to work with. Very thorough and friendly. I came in as an emergency and they took great care of me and got me in the right direction. However follow up on the phone next day and was on hold for over 12 minutes with no answer. Called and left 2 messages and no return call.

My son was in pain this weekend So I went online and made an appointment. Got in for Monday. Everyone was so kind and nice. They took the time to explain everything to my son. I was really impressed.

Everyone was very nice and knew their job. The only thing I didn't like was they put floride on my teeth without telling me it was an extra charge of $48.00.

Biggest waste of my time but they have no problem charging you for services not provided. I wanted a tooth pulled and I left w no plan and a 3k charge for no service rendered. Yes will be fighting these crooks!!!! What a shame. Go to smile dental on 44 in Wildwood. They are great!!
