Service was great. Everyone there truly cares about your smile and your budget. I went to aspen for a 2nd opinion, they took care of all my needs and focused on my concerns. Helped me handle a tough situation. I will be there customer from now on.

They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional here. I usually get very nervous going to the dentist, but since coming here everything has been great. They make me feel completely comfortable. I am recommending Aspen Dental to everyone I know.

Dr. Tran and the staff at Aspen Dental in Texas City are AMAZING! They worked me in last minute on a Saturday to extract a tooth that was causing unbearable pain. The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and Dr. Tran listened to all of my problems and made sure to explain all my options.

The staff were extremely friendly. Very professional yet comfortable setting. The dentist listened to my needs and worked to make it happen on my timeline as I am getting married in 2 months and need surgery and will be working a busy schedule soon. If I could give 10 stars I would!

On 10/26 in the evening had some tooth pain was off on 10/27 called that morning and was able to be seen that afternoon. Unfortunately tooth had to be pulled but everyone was professional. Will be going back for a re-evaluated on my situation when time allows. Thank you all, so far things are going well, no issues to report.

The Dentist and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They have great discount plans. Humana gave me a great rate, and what was going to cost me $13,000 is mostly covered by insurance. It's going to be less than $5,000. It isn't cheap, and it is a long process, but it's so worth it. I was also approved for CreditCare. I'm beginning to smile again without being self cautious. Thanks to everyone at Aspen Dental.

Excellent service and very honest! Dr Tran was super attentive and showed concerns and empathy. Loved the place and I will recommend it if you are looking for a dentist. Top notch establishment.

I am very happy I went here and felt like I was important and listened to for what I needed... the only thing that is a struggle is their prices.. they do have other options and payment plans but either way I am out that amount of money eventually.. I would have liked if it was cheaper to have the work I need done but that is not an option for me to go around getting different quotes but it may be worth the cost for how I was treated like I was somebody to them.. after recently having a horrible experience with a different dental office called dental cosmetics bay area in texas city that left me crying, these people here at Aspen made me realize that wasn't worth crying over I am very satisfied with them wanting to work around my schedule and get me in for the work I needed done and explained things for me without me having to ask and left me with no further questions. Thank you Aspen dental for not once treating me like a number and treating me like I was apart of yalls dental family.
