Long story short I made my follow up appointment and they cancelled the day before I had wait to see when I could reschedule due to work so I rescheduled for 2 weeks from the cancelled appointment but in time I have infection settling in the fracture tooth again. I asked if antibiotics could be sent and the provider will not send any antibiotics because she needs to see me but she did 3 weeks prior and prescribed antibiotics. After explaining this to the office manager she acted like she didn't care so now I have a lot of pain and swelling in my face. And have been for a month. I have been responsible and get tooth extracted. They don't care about their patients. This is why I have anxiety with going to the dentist which they were well aware of.

Overall the staff at Aspen were great, especially the x-ray tech and the hygienist, the dentist wasn't as easy to work with. Did not allow very much time for questions and I spent maybe 5 minutes with him in the actual room. The reason I gave 3 stars was the dentist, himself and a very long wait time. My appointment was 12, didn't go back until 1:30, didn't leave until 3. I was informed before leaving that one dentist didn't come in which left them short staffed. The rest of the staff I interacted with were wonderful like x-ray tech and hygienist. Will try one more visit and see how it goes.

Love this place! Today was my first visit there and I can say it was a good experience overall. If I had anything negative to say it would be about the lady at the front desk. She is very slow with helping customers. When I came in I stood in one spot for 10-15 minutes before she helped me. Yes she was helping another customer but she never acknowledged me standing there until after about 10 minutes. I love the lady that did my X-rays. She was sooooo nice and very fast. The lady that looked at my teeth second was nice also and the doctor that came in and looked at my teeth was Wonderful! He talked to me!! Yay! He was so nice!!! I love his spirit!! The last dentist that I saw 2 years ago wouldn't say anything to me and that is why I didn't go back. Also the last lady that took care of me(the office manager) was Wonderful also. She was very kind and knowledgeable about Everything I needed to know and also positive. All I can say is this is where I will be getting all my dental work done from now on! That you to everyone!! Love this place!

really great denist office , there having to redo a crown that was not seated right by a denist in atlanta texas and now i have a cavity there and that crown never fit right , got a crown at aspen 12/2017 still fits still beautful no problems

Huge waste of time would not repair existing denture try to charge me $800 for a partial because I still have two teeth in the back of my mouth when a full plate is listed at 300 on the website

I don't recommend! They quote you one price and then try to charge you more! They are WAY expensive even with insurance. They are disrespectful of your time- twice they told me they would have to reschedule me after I had been waiting HOURS to be treated; the first time after numbing my entire mouth! The manager is unprofessional! I have heard horror stories from others with similar experiences! Avoid at all costs!

Had an appointment at 9 am and when i arrived and checked in they took me to the back room, and i was in the back waiting for literally 1 hour just for them to tell me it will be another hour before the dentist will see me.

The staff at Aspen Dental took care of my wife during an emergency and were amazing. They made her feel safe and comfortable while resolving her issue. That's all I need to see. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was atrocious. The only toilet paper was strewn about on the floor! Charged $135 a piece for 2 toothbrushes(which I thought were complimentary) . Pay attention to that bill, insurance or not! It's not the people, it's the business.

I have never left a bad review in my life but I am sadly going to start now! I went to Aspen Dental because I was referred by 2 of my siblings and because I dont have dental insurance. Both only went for 1 visit (that is an important fact). I had an amazing first 2 visits and it went downhill from there. I have a treatment plan they suggested for me and the first order has been completed but they wanted me to come in and pay for 2 different cleanings in addition to the multi thousand dollar plan I already have, before moving on to the next order in the treatment plan (I cannot chew without the 2nd step completed so it is kind of an important one). Here's the kicker, they wanted to split these 2 cleanings and schedule them 2 weeks apart. So now I have to wait potentially another month before I am able to chew. I can rarely get someone on the phone and when I do, I get promises of a returned call and never get one. I dont live close and I have gone into the office twice to sign releases for my records, so I can get treatment with a dentist that is closer to my home and will actually return calls, and still nothing. Now it HAS been another month and still no further treatment due to a lack of response on their part. Such a disappointment because I truly thought they would be a good fit for me. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the nurse staff was superb the first 2 visits. Great job ladies, those stars are for you!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at at dentist. I will not be going back. The people make feel shameful for the way your teeth look. They are scamming people by telling them they need all this unnecessary treatment. You want me to pay you $500 for toothbrush that I can get at Walmart for $30?! Ridiculous! Do not go to this place, it is just a big scam. 0 stars. Also, my appointment that was at 4:30p didn't end until 7:00p...

The staff were very friendly and their prices are fair. They offer a free exam and X-rays to patients with no insurance which saved us $200!

Great people and also nice atmosphere. The doctors, nurses as well as clerks were amazing. Dr. Nunez and his staff made sure i didn't feel a thing. Great prices and great work. I recommended them to anyone that needs work.

I've been neglected a few times while there. Dr. Nunez is a nice and professional man but the rest of the place (minus a few) doesn't seem to know what they're doing or care. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for medication and that I'd need a driver. So my husband dropped me off. After checking in I was told they'd have me right back. I went to use the restroom and there was blood all over the toilet seat. I informed the lady at front desk and she said she had to clean it for same reason that morning. I waited for it to be cleaned and to get my meds but nothing. A young guy called my name to take me to the back. I asked him if there was another restroom that I could use and explained what was wrong with the one in waiting area. He told me that he would check and be back with me. He didn't return. A while later another man walked to the back door near my room. He based if I was doing okay. I asked him for a restroom and again explained that the front toilet was bloody. He said he would go take care of it and get back to me. Awhile later he returned after having cleaned the commode himself. Then after returning to my room I heard a hygienist being disrespectful to the dentist and arguing. He was correcting them and giving insurrections, like what you'd hear from an educator, and she said she's an adult and it was awkward. Another lady closed my door to muffle. I'm not sure if this is a teaching facility but every experience I've had feels like I have inexperienced students tending to me. Other than the doctors. I was pleased with my top teeth last year. No problems there. Just lack of professionalism which can leave anxious patients uncomfortable and overwhelmed.

Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Overall it was a great experience and the lady doing the billing was very understanding that I didn't have insurance and trimmed away all of the excess expense on my procedures to make it more affordable for me.
