I canceled my first appointment because I prefer my "medical proffesionals" to actually understand science. These fear mongers are still playing the stupid covid lockdown games.

I was referred her by my family dentist for a wisdom teeth extraction by the surgeon who comes in once a month. Originally, my surgery was scheduled for a day the surgeon was not even in and was told nothing else until I called back to get additional information about insurance. Then I was told I had to come in for a consultation that was not even scheduled in the first place. So I then scheduled my LAST MINUTE consultation to then be told there was nothing available for that surgeon for that month after I was told numerous times on the phone that I would be able to get in the day the surgeon was in. The staff was very unapologetic about it and really didn't offer me any time of advice to help me understand the confusion. Instead, referred me to another surgeon if I didn't want to wait another FIVE WEEKS to get my painful wisdom teeth out. I really do not recommend coming here due to the miscommunication between staff and the patients and very poor customer service.

My mother got here dentures here, had teeth pulled. Poor customer service! Her dentures do not fit properly, it's been a year and they are worse. So loose and too big that they cause her pain to wear them. Went back for adjustment and they put in more goop to hold them, not even trying to correct the problem. She even went to the Ocala Florida store and they wouldn't do anything because they didn't make them. Guarantee if your not satisfied your money back, is a joke. They'll be hearing from my attorney now. The staff was nothing but rude to her and refuse to correct their mistakes.

Unhappy with the whole Aspen Dental experience. Will never go back. Had to get my insurance to give me a special authorization to go somewhere else. Would never recommend this facility.

new patient. they made me wait one hour for the doctor, mean while a patient in the room next to me that came after me was seen immediately. disappointing. should have walked out... UPDATE. came back a 2nd time and waited another 45 mins before they saw me. A scheduled appointment is a scheduled appointment.
