Aspen referred me to an endodontics specialist for a root canal. They the paper work and referral over. I get to the Endo's office and am ready for my root canal, only to find out that Aspen referred me for the WRONG TOOTH NUMBER and that A ROOT CANAL WASN'T NECESSARY!! I'm so glad for the staff at round rock dentists whom saved my experience and my tooth.

This place ripped me and my insurance company off they charged me for a deep cleaning they make u pay up front she told me she couldn't put my crown back on and I could pay her 3000.00 to fix it so the girls did not deep clean my tooth due to they wanted to pull it they will not refund the 330.00 I paid ... Wish I had read the reviews before going ... I'm in touch with insurance and filing a complaint ... Do not go here

From the door, customer service was polite and professional. Lobby wait time was minimal. I hadn't finished my paperwork. Prep for the doctor, including X-rays was harmless as well. Mostly, great news at checkout. It seems I have exceptional coverage. Next appointments were made to start resolving all my dental issues. I am on my to a beautiful and confident smile. Better late than never. Thank you Aspen Dental!

Don't know why people will recommend this place.The worst dental office. I been here since 2016. To tell the truth, they are only helpful when you haven't pay for the service. They are useless and a lot of trash after you pay. DONT EVER GO TO THEM. I been give this office so many chance to get it right since 2016. The manager is so useless and had no idea what happened with the office.states sorry once means you are sorry, but states more than once means you don't care. So keep you sorry because you don't care about you patients at all

Don't know where all the hate comes from with this place and others reviews. my wife and me both had great experiences here. I called around to see if any dentists had any open availability and the places I called all had openings 3-6 months out. Aspen had availability right away. When we got there the service was great from the welcoming by the front office to the techs and the dentists and office manager. They answered all the questions I had and eased all my concerns. The service I received was phenomenal probably the best I've ever felt leaving a dentist office. The prices are very well and competitive. It's a great dentists office that will help you with dental needs and wants.

My husband had an appointment at 11 a.m. and when he arrived they said his appointment had been pushed back to 1 p.m. The lady at the front desk said she called at 10:45 to let him know. We live in Salado and he was already in the parking lot at 10:45 and there was no messages on our phones. We will be finding another dentist.

Dr. Delaney and her staff at the Temple, Texas office are nothing short of amazing! Professional, friendly, and compassionate from beginning to end. I have been on a journey for a new smile (dentures) and Dr. Delaney, Monica, Ms. Jackie, and Alyssa have given me a beautiful. Attention to detail and true concern that your dentures not just fit properly but look good and give you the confidence to smile BIG! Everyone there has been wonderful and I'm so glad I went to see them!

The story of Mr Ed. the talking horse . I couldn't afford implants so I paid for the best dentures they sold.with a 7 Year warranty. That I never received. The dentures that I did receive chock me. Dr.Delaney says let's do implants I'll give you a deal. Well they came out one at a time . The office makes me an appointment to put them back in a couple of days before my appointment I called to verify my appointment and I was told I didn't have an appointment Doc had left and went on Vacation. No one called me to let me know to start back taking my blood pressure medication this is not exceptable.

Should have stayed away from this place after my first negative review but was too lazy to establish new patient care with another dentist facility; well lesson learned. What should have been a simple crown placement has snowballed into a root canal, three repeat crown scans due to staff's lack of experience with the technology, 7 weeks of delays and ineffective follow-up appointments. The office does not adhere to their hours of operations posted on the website. Their continuously restrictive hours makes it impossible to schedule treatment. I've attempted to contact the regional manager but no answer and no voicemail.

These people are crooks and they don't care I have dental insurance they charged me for a deep cleaning 330.00 then told me the tooth needed to be removed and implant or partial 3000.00 wish I had read these reviews before ... hope I help somebody with inflation these people are just as bad as car mechanics...just a bad experience I take care of my teeth ... they even said ... I'm done now I made an appointment to tell her she was a crook .. run ... she didn't like that .. but my moneys paid ..please read this review before you go

If Aspen "Dental" Can Not pull teeth Safe, Professionally, and Effectively, then they should not be in business. My life and the well being of my healthy state of mind overall, went from Happy, Confident, and Secure, to Terrified, Concern and disbelief. It was without a doubt the WORSE EXPERIENCE I have ever had in my life, and I delivered 3 babies from my womb.

I had to put a star to post a review. I had to leave work work early for this appointment, I walk in the door and they tell me that they have to reschedule. I drove 30 out of the way to get to this location and miss time at work. This is annoying and highly inconvenient.

Took adult daughter here last week to have broken tooth pulled. They not only wouldn't pull tooth that day, they refused to write antibiotics. Her face is swollen today and I am rushing to get her into doctor to get antibiotics. She has an appt to see a different dentist first of the week to get the extraction, at a fraction of the cost quoted by Aspen dental. The techs who do the xrays at this location are nice and considerate but the desk worker is rude and will look at you as a leper. Dont recommend this location or company at all, especially if you are chronically ill and need immediate help. You wont get it here. Now if you want diamond studs placed in a tooth, or custom "grillz", they are more than happy to take your money.
