First time back at the dentist in a long time. Never had a good experience with any dentist. I let my teeth go for way to long. I had to get two teeth pulled. The experience was good. I am going back for more work and will keep going to get my smile back.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The visit (my first) included a lot of x-rays and a close inspection from an experienced dentist. I definitely suggest that this is a fantastic team and a comfortable way to get dental work!

I took myself and my daughter to the Taylors, SC location to establish care. I've never been to a national chain dentist and I will never go back to one again! Dentist was rude, didn't take the time to explain anything for myself or my daughter. Then when going over my treatment plan, they had implants on there which I didn't ask for or even mention, and they tacked on a really expensive toothbrush that wasn't mentioned to me beforehand either. I feel like they just wanted to charge my insurance for as much as they could to get the most money. Do not recommend!!

I've had so much infection and pain in the last week. Called her twice. Put on antibiotics and still she wouldn't see me. The infection started coming out of my mouth and I called to ask for help and she didn't even remember she had me on antibiotics. I didn't pay 4500 dollars for one plate to be like this. I'm so scared and upset right now.

So far so good. Had multiple extractions and a partial healing denture. Little to no pain so far. Will review again after I have my permanent denture is installed.

The people as Aspen Dental in Taylor, SC are very professional in how they handle our dental needs, and they are also very caring. We have been patients there since 2016. We go twice a year for cleanings but have also had oral surgery and other complicated procedures. Recently my wife and I had routine cleanings. This time I learned I needed a filling. They explained what it was going to cost after insurance. This staff continues to amaze us how well they work together. They go beyond our expectations. Treatment here is top notch

Excellent as always, Carol Lee and crew are excellent. Love the way she drills in rhythms so you can guess what song she has going through her head. Cool.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor are exceptional. I have a major fear of dental offices but the one in Lugoff/Camden, SC puts you at ease from the beginning. Have another appointment on Tuesday & not dwelling/sweating over it.

I spent some good money here and they did the minimum required to get past the appointment. 2 months after I had a bunch of work done I had a tooth crumble cause it was full of decay and they ignored it. Do not go to Aspen.

When I called this place they made it sound like they could help my son get financial help to pay for what he needed done and when he got there it was too quick , I had to keep asking for what plans they had to help and I had to ask to see the X-rays I had to ask for a antibiotic, they knew he had a infection! nothing was told unless I asked or in detail , it felt like a hurry up get you out because you can't pay 2000 dollars or have insurance, but that's why I called first to see what they had to help! It is not a good place to go
