Went in for an abscess tooth. They sent me to a specialist for a root canal. Aspen was supposed to do the perm crown but insisted it was already on there. As a result, another infection which ate away at my bone causing bone loss. I lost my tooth as a result and will now have to pay for an implant. I don't recommend anyone goes to a dentist that is run by a corporate office. They don't care, it's all about the bottom line.

I had my invisalign done here. I really want to thank Dr. Singh. He took my 37 year old chipped, and crooked teeth made them look so much better, with what I could afford. I have to get use to feeling comfortable enough to smile now. There was a blonde girl with short hair I also want to thank. She always tried so hard to be gentle when she did all the 3D scans. If I had any complaints it would just be my last cleaning. The hygienist was kinda rough. I felt like a fish being hooked in the mouth with those little hook tools they poke your gums with. Overall I did have a good experience at this dentist am pretty happy with the results. They really changed my smile and I'm forever grateful.

Honestly the whole staff is exceptional but I wanted to say Elle really solved my issue very quickly. Once again I called a handful of times in the past week to get X-rays. Elle personally called me back and got me my x-rays within minutes. It's nice when someone likes doing their job

The Aspen Dental Team was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and Dr. Singh is both skilled and meticulous. He will be my life long dentist.

The worst place ever! I don't know where to start and explain the amount of time, energy and money lost from this place. My father had to put dentures because his teeth were not healthy anymore. He started the procedure in March 2020, they took more than 6 months just to take impressions, scheduling appointments as if he was going to get his dentures done but no... it was just impressions because somehow, somewhere they were measured wrong. After 1 year he finally gets his dentures done, those were extremely wrong, big, not fitting and had the audacity to blame my father for having a non proportional mouth, when they should've done the way it fits him. Mind you he paid over $5000, after his dental plan coverage. Another doctor decided to redo since it was not right and that took another 6 months. Now we're on 2021. After the second denture my father still was having issues, not fitting, hurting his gums etc so they decided that the only option is to do implants. Okay so we go with implants, the same thing again over and over, taking impressions, they're measured wrong, going back and forth with measuring again, blaming my father for not understanding what they said to him(cause he doesn't speak well English) that it's a process that takes too long, but all they did was taking the same impressions over and over again, and today August 2022 his implants( which he paid an additional $6000) are again wrong!!! Extremely big, not fitting, and hurting. I wonder how hard it is to say they cannot do something they can't?? People don't have time to waste time, energy and money especially someone in his 60s dealing with this nonsense. I will definitely take this situation to a higher level because it is absolutely insane playing with people in such a disrespectful way for more than 2 years!

The worst attitude I encountered in a place that suppose to be soothing and friendly like a dentist clinic . I should've left when I heard the receptionist arguing on the phone with a patient about unpaid small bill . The receptionists act like they doing you a favor .they charged us for unecceray x rays the doctor couldn't figure out the nature of a lumb behind the lip and this is suppose to be a second opinion .they told me I haven't reached my deductable even though it was reached the first couple of months of the year . Waste of time and money and a horrible expirence .

Appointment was at 11am. Copay paid before i saw a Dr. Sat in the waiting room til 12pm. No one said anything to explain the delay. I was sooo furious but couldn't leave because i already paid the copay. Please more considerate of ppl time too.
