I don't know where any of these positive reviews are coming from. When Coast Dental kept canceling my appointments, I tried to make an appointment with Aspen Dental. The scheduler kept trying to direct me to the Panama City Beach office, over two hours away. Why bother pretending to be a dental provider when you can't make appointments?

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. Worst experience I have ever had at a dentist, and unless this is rectified I will make it my personal life goal to steer as many people away from this establishment as I can. I paid $1320 for a 25 minute cleaning. Now for all the details. I went into this Aspen dental since my tooth had started hurting. The first problem happened when I was informed that they would have to take new x-rays, since their system was on an older version than the one I went to in AZ. After the x-rays, the dentist came in and said that there were two problems he could see: a piece of filling chipped off and "unhappy" gums. I go to pay before anything is done and am shocked by the total bill of $1574. The person explained that most ($1320) of it was the deep cleaning, which is apparently a very involved procedure. When looking it up in the ample amount of time I was waiting, it apparently can take a couple hours and sometimes necessitates numbing of the gums. I was surprised I would need such serious treatment, since my teeth and gums have been in much worse condition before. I talked to the doctor again, who assured me that it was necessary, so I paid. Imagine my surprise when I get the cleaning and filling patching done later that day, and everything took 45 minutes total. My tooth pain hadn't gotten any better after a week, so I went in again to talk about that and the bill again. The dentists said maybe the filling is just taking some time to settle, and the dental hygienist assured me that I was billed the right amount since she "cleaned everything" and "that's just how much it costs". My tooth pain still hasn't gotten any better in the few days after that. I think I essentially paid $1570 for a filling job that doesn't seem to have done anything (though I could be wrong about that, and at least it was priced reasonably) and a cleaning that doesn't seem to be any different that the dozens I've already had that usually cost about $200 at most. I repeat again: DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL.

At first it was amazing but I had surgery Oct 18th at 9am. I'm still in excruciating pain, one of my back stitches has come undone, and I still can't even put my dentures in because of how much pain I'm in. The staff and dentist was great, but the aftermath almost makes me want to die. That's how bad the pain is. I was given an antibiotic I was allergic to at first. My face and mouth are still swollen and my lymph node is swollen and hurting. Also when I clean my nose there's blood. I would give a 5 star but this aftermath is the worst. They said it'd ease off and etc in a few days. It's been 5.

Good price for cleaning despite not having dental insurance, very lenient for first timers, incredibly affable staff, and honestly, while dentist offices usually take a while, they did end up addressing my concerns at a reasonable time.

Did a great job in office, but couldn't reach anybody there after leaving. Phones were forwarded to an automated system and then a voicemail.

Customer service is great. All staff are very friendly and professional. I don't like their practice of requiring payment for service prior to service being provided. They recommend a treatment plan then require payment in order to schedule appointment.

Do not call this joke of an operation. I spent $1200 on dentures and can't get them to make an appointment with me for over a month including an hr long visit in the Tallahassee store. 0 stars

Worst dentures I've ever have had made. There's a big gap at the top of my dentures .they don't even fit up against my gums. Also can't wear them at all. Money wasted I am so disappointed in this place

Very disappointed in how this office has treated us. We had a scheduled appointment, when I called to verify the appointment I was told that hygienist no longer worked there and the new one could not honor our appointment. I stated we were willing to make a new appointment and gave every opportunity for them to rectify situation. I was told by the office manager on several calls that someone would get back to us to schedule something. I then call the customer service line I saw on another negative review and was told a regional manager would contact us within 24-72 hours. It has been over a week and still no call or consideration. Guess we will be locating another dentist, as this facility does not seem to care if they lose a few patients or not. Very sad that companies no longer care about customer service.

Got another bill in the mail, each time I ask them is my balance ZERO, they keep saying yes. I called my insurance company , there is a balance pending because they haven't sent in the correct paper work for the cleaning and extract. Each and every time I get a you have a ZERO balance, I get a bill in the mail, It is not my job for you to send in the needed paperwork to my insurance company. I have read so many reviews on how people are being billed way too much and over billed and surprised billing , how can they still being able to operate. Why are there no class action law suits?????? I sent my husband up there twice to pay my surprised bill, the first time the CC machine wasn't working, the 2ns time Brian the Office Manager isn't available. I'm not goin got pay for something with out an explanation why another bill. You people really need to be up front with the clients and stop sending us a WHOOPS bill.

Don't waste your time! I had an appt that was scheduled 2 months out. I need to get an upper and lower partial. (Paying cash btw). When I got there 20 minutes early I waited 20 min then was taken back for X-rays. Then sent back to a chair and waited 45 min on the very rude and nasty hygienist. She tells me I have to have a root paining and descaling or all my teeth will fall out . I had just been to my dentist a month before and he told me the teeth I have are good just need the partials. So I had to sign a paper stating I refused treatment which was 3K for scaling. Then an hour later the dentist came in and stated I should get all my teeth pulled and get full dentures not partial. Then she told me my pallet was too narrow ( I have a significant overbite on top) that dentures couldn't be made for me. I have never heard of this nor a dentist and hygienist that were so rude and nasty attitudes. Definitely not what they portray on commercials. This is hands down the worst office in tallahassee
