I use the Sumter office. I have been there since they opened. I have spent plenty of money there. They no longer have a doctor on Fridays. I was told to find another Aspen if I did not want to take off work. It won't be another Aspen Dental I will be finding.

Went in to have my tooth pulled thinking it should be quick and easy but no I went for my consultation they did ex ray at that time and should have been able to tell how long my roots are so go back to get tooth pulled and he cracks my tooth he fights in my mouth for an hour and a half after the tooth is now broken to the gum line and says I will have to refer you to a more experienced dentist a surgeon now my mouth is swollen and root is still in gum and now I have an appointment with the referred dentist to get root out it's now costing me 608.00 out of pocket to fix his mess never again will I have aspen dental in my mouth just seems very lacking in experience at that place and need better staff all the way around worst dental experience of my life

Aspen dental staff was very professional. They explained my finances options to me.and te work that I needed to have done,and there options. I was very satisfied with choosing aspen dental

These guys are obviously paying folks to get a review better than a one. Should be called Aspen Butcher shop. I knew we were in for trouble when they brought my adult daughter from out back and tossed her to me though she could barely walk. Her mouth stuffed with gauges like a Thanksgiving turkey. Days later she developed sores and repeated calls to the offices left her unattended. My wife fortunately took her to a different, and I might say, reputable oral surgeon who said Aspen had left a splinter from her jaw exposed which was causing her pain. Multiple additional surgeries later she has finally been fitted and may be able to eat normally again by the holidays. However, the surgeon said enough damage was done that as she ages she may have to go through still more surgeries. Enter as your own risk.

Great experience. The dentist is excellent. Very polite staff. Greeted soon as i came through the door by name on the second visit. Clean office. No waiting. If your afraid of dentists concerning pain or needles then come here. I had no pain what so ever and I had 7 shot in 3 days.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Hopefully they will get a permanent dentist so it's more of a consistent personalized care.

The website doesn't work to pay my bill. I am put on hold forever when calling the NY # or the Sumter #. I was charged $163 for services, even though I paid $161 for a deep cleaning. I am also being charged an additional $256.60 for my spouse's dental cleaning. My bill statement is past due now!

It was a good visit, It took a long time for a first time consultation, I was there 2 hours for a first visit, but hoping things get better. Staff was all very nice, so hoping the timing changes. I'm a very impatient person that likes to get things done and leave. So I was very surprised it took 2 hours just for a first consultation. If wait time is better I will stick with them.

Waited over 2 months for an appointment because they were booked. I showed up to my appointment and the staff looked confused. They said that they do confirmation calls and that I never called to confirmed. Well they never called me or left any voicemail and of course I told the staff that... but staff were rude about it and said they did! Please show me proof that you guys did.. because you don't carry my phone or track it, right? I did in fact received an email to complete forms prior to my appointment, which I did. Asked if they can see me as it was not my fault, which they said no. They didn't even offer to reschedule me or anything.

Wouldn't recommend, they didnt even have a real dentist on staff,they waste your time and refer you 30miles away.

This place is very safe, accepting, and supportive~ The staff is very helpful and friendly and they have the professional skill and tech to take care of any problem you have~ They take the time to get to know you and your mouth and properly take care of you without judgment~

A bit pricey so I recommend shopping around if you need major work done (i.e oral surgery) but office was very clean and staff was polite!
