I had to have two extractions done oh my goodness the best experience I was so nervous I was shaking but I was comforted so well by the doctor and his assistant I don't remember her name the one that was assisting Dr. Taz but she was amazing I thank her for that because she really calmed me down because I was so nervous I'm so happy I had a little pain everything just went so well and I am so thankful that I hung in there with Aspens Dental and Summerville thank you again I so recommend Aspen dental in Summerville for any dental care that they may need

The people are great and have been so patient with my mom and her temporary dentures. She had to go get a realign on vacation and it seems one Aspen up north in P.A. can get their hands on the better realign material then she can get in SC. They've been trying for a year to get the better stuff so Aspen Corporate can do better making sure all Aspens are stocked accordingly. Dr Pav and his group are great and are doing their best.

The office was clean and the people that work there were friendly, knowledgeable they explained everything to me. There was a relaxed atmosphere and they didn't make me wait for anything They knew the insurance aspects of my visit and the dental needs I have. I was told about a procedure I hadn't thought of which is cheaper than what I wanted.

It was good experience dental hygienist is Super very good she knows her skills the receptionist needs some training because they don't communicate very well but overall the service was excellent and everyone was very nice

Awesome experience, my dental assistant name was Nef. She is so sweet and made the entire xray/exam process very simple and easy and comforting. Amazing customer service !!

I'm in my 70's and had a rear molar extracted. The entire process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Virtually no pain and everyone there made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them. I seldom give 5 stars on a review but they deserve 5+

Do not go to this location! I needed root scaling done and was seen by the dentist . The dentist looked over my teeth and approved for me to get the scaling done. I made the appointment and paid some money in advance for it. On the day of my appointment for my procedure, I was told by the hygienist that she could not guarantee the scaling would work and referred me to a periodontist. I am thankful the hygienist was honest with me. However, the dentist should have been more thorough and explained that to me, instead of rushing me out the door. The office also never refunded me the money I paid in advance. Horrible experience!

Brooklyn (dental assistant) was very professional and made the uncomfortable process of getting dental x-rays go as quick as possible. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and because of her my visit was much nicer than I thought it would be. Spring, the receptionist and financial assistant at the end of the visit, was also quite pleasant and was able to deliver some difficult news in a calm way that kept me at ease. She was so patient while getting things figured out with payments and scheduling and I was grateful for her help.

My husband had the worst experience at the Summerville location. The first visit to get his dentures was a nightmare. Nobody in the office could get any of the computers to operate so he had to have the old fashioned fitting and then he had to wait several weeks to even receive them and then the fit was horrible. They grinded his teeth down to where the fit was impossible for comfort and he had an overbitewith them. The dentist didn't realize they had took the molding the old fashioned way even though he paid for the computer molding and finally decided to do it properly. He had to wear his old broken plate and still weeks later never had received them. They finally told him it would be late July before he would receive them after calling and calling. In addition to all of this I noticed they had his address wrong and another person's credit card info on his bill which makes me think he had someone else's teeth.He finally got a refund but they still charged him $89 for the impression. I think it was terrible they would charge him for anything considering how many times he had to run down to see them. Stay away from here and go out of area if you need teeth.
