I am at the dentist with my girl and they seem to be doing a good job as a dentist with her but I actually lost my wallet and had no idea and Joel found it and came and found me to give it back, thanks so much!!

Our local Aspen Dental was able to get me into the office within hours of my first call. I was treated very well and although nothing progresses as quickly as any of us desire, I'm satisfied with my overall experience. This upcoming Monday, I go in for extraction of my remaining teeth, and my temporary dentures. Comparing Aspen to my previous dentist - there's no comparison...Aspen is superior.

Dr. TYSON and staff is super dope!!! Thank you for making me comfortable! I have bad dental anxiety and dr Tyson made sure I was good!!! They are very patient! He fixed a problem I was having for two years ! Thank you

Friendly staff, great customer service. I was a walk in and they took care of me immediately because I was in severe pain. Dr Tyson was caring and even though it was his 'admin' day, he still squeezed me in and performed my tooth extraction. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

I went there with a painful tooth. I have two insurances one of which Aspen dental does not accept. You know how people can lie to u without lying to you? Well that's what happened to me. After I was examined by very kind doctor I was sent to the billing department and given all estimate. The way the girl talked to me led me to believe that I had to be seen by someone that they referred me to, but she said it without stating it bluntly. That would've left me paying them thousands out of pocket. Being that I'm a nurse I know that that's not the case. I left there and found someone that accepts both insurances. Had I not had experience with their billing department I would have given them a five-star rating, but having that experience dropped it down two a three star.

Terrible customer service after the fact. They do not care after they are done taking your money. I would ADIVSE highly against getting invisalign through them. I have already taken my business to Breeze Dental were they listen and actually give customer service.

All of the staff was great. My issue was with their pricing. At the end of my visit I was pointed to the billing department, I'm thinking it shouldn't be too bad especially since I have really good insurance. But when the young lady looked at me from across her desk and she nonchalantly said $10,000 for all the work needed ... you could've knocked me down, then pick my big ole a$$ up from the floor. Other than that I have no complaints, except one. They really do need to replace that xray machine. That thing was painful and it took forever for her to get the pictures she needed to get. Anyway, thank you guys for being so kind.

I had another vertical root fracture. I had been in excruciating pain for 4 days because I couldn't find anyone to see me until next month. Aspen told me the same thing at first when I walked in. But then they talked to the dentist to see if he would take me day before yesterday because they truly knew how much pain I was in & felt bad for me. Dr. Tyson said to bring me back. He tried to pull it but of course it broke more so it ended up being a surgical extraction. I am so thankful for this office from the front desk staff to the assistants in back to the dentist himself. They were all caring, compassionate, & professional. I am BEYOND grateful & will recommend anyone to them & will go back to them myself especially for emergencies should any arise.

They never answer the phones despite not offering online scheduling options, if they "answer" the call is immediately placed on hold. I was on hold for 10+ minutes then they just hung up the line. Or they tell you to leave a message and they'll call back which they of course, don't

This office has the absolute worst communication. They sent emails to reschedule appointments and when I called back, several times, it took weeks to respond. I called to get a copy of a form emailed and it was never sent. Left a message days later and the call was never returned. Short staffed or not, all they needed to do was communicate and manage expectations. Which they didn't. Awful experience.

Absolutely horrible. We had an appointment at the Suffolk Harborview location at 330 PM. We live in Hampton & have to cross through the tunnel to get there. Of course we run into an accident and we call to reschedule. We get a call center somewhere, where they insist they are going to call the office and see if we can still be seen. After holding, the woman helping us tells us to proceed to the office they are aware we will be there a few minutes after 345 PM. We arrive at 350 PM. We are then told that we can't be seen because cutoff is at 345 PM. They wanted to reschedule- no thank you I don't want to come all the way back to that office. We call the call center back to reschedule and are told we can be fit in today at 5 PM in the Hampton office. We go directly to the Hampton office where we are now told the appointment wasn't scheduled correctly and the dentist already left for the day? and we have to reschedule in JANUARY. Unprofessional, poor communication, lack of customer service, and both front desks had individuals who looked completely dumbfounded and lost. Canceled my entire families appointments DONT RECOMMEND 1/10 GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE A JOKE
