The staff was very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Friendly and attractive was also at the top. I would recommend anyone to experience Aspen Dental because it's definitely worth it. Thank you so much.

Doc Terk is great, bad thing this time is he was to have his staff submit a prescription to my pharmacy for a mouth wash and pain killer but no one in his staff must have rec'd it. I contacted them and they filled the mouth wash but never rec'd anything for pain.

This was the least anxiety producing visit I have had at a dental office. Time was taken to explain every step along the way. I had several teeth extracted and was in pain, but they made me as comfortable as possible. I would recommend Aspen dental to all my family and friends. Update: I had several teeth removed. During the procedure while I was under gas they had to change the plan. This was not covered by my insurance and I was not told this. I now owe them over a thousand dollars which I cannot pay.i have tried multiple times to get some one on the phone to discuss this but they never returned my calls.

RUDE!!! DO GO!! THEY JUST LOST $6000.00 OF BUSINESS!!! I had a simple question and the Receptionist was so rude! Dr. YOUNG, you will continue to loose business until you deal with your RUDE RECEPTIONIST. Trying to help my 85 year old parents and was treated so RUDELY. YA, I'm upset. Will post about the expirence of trying to get a refund of $800.00. UPDATE: Aspen District Manager called me shortly after my last post. In all fairness, she cared... or at least gave me some of her time to hear my complaints. She said mom's refund is being processed and will be sent. Maybe the receptionist was having a bad and took it out on me.. not sure

Completely horrible experience. A waste of time and money. Would not recommend unless you have a lot of time to wait and reschedule and then sit on the phone listening to automated recordings.

This place is a joke. Aspen is listed on my insurance's website as being in network but in fact they are not. I made an appt for my son three months ago, and today we walk in and I over hear the receptionist telling someone that they are not in network with any insurance. I ask her about that, she told me that bc they do not have a permanent dentist at that location they are in fact not in network with any insurance. So she checks my insurance to see if they pay for out of network providers, which I already knew mine did not. My insurance should not have them listed so that is an issue with Cigna BUT I made this appointment 3 months ago, they called yesterday to get my insurance information so why did they let me take off work, get my son out of school early so they can tell me that my insurance is not good there. On top of this I have at call the office a couple of times before hand for rescheduling and it's hard to get a person in the phone AND the couple of times that I did talk to someone , the person was rude. I do not normally leave reviews but the level of incompetence and mere lack of concern for people's time is horrible.

I love Aspen dental, they make sure that everything is good inside that smile. The worker are very good as well. They make you very comfortable.. the office is kind of far from where I live, but the smiles and positive energy the coworkers gives me keeps me coming back.. thanks Aspen dental ..

My experience with the Suffolk, Main St location was exceptional! Tamashia greeted me with a beautiful smile as I checked in for my appointment. Nurse Ree who was very personable, friendly called me back, explained my procedure and answered all of my questions. Dr. J was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was very gentle with teeth. I would recommend this location my friends and family.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I called several different dentists on Friday and was given an appointment here for today at 4:00 p.m. I get there the office is closed. No forewarning and even recieved a reminder email yesterday. I could've made an appointment somewhere else and saved myself a whole weekend of pain waiting for an appointment that never came. This is extremely unprofessional.

Save your time, and money. They will cancel your appointment the day before and then when trying to reschedule no one will ever answer the phone, including management.

For the second time in my history with Aspen Dental I arrived for an appt and was informed that the Hygienist does not work on Mondays. I received a txt msg on 6/28 stating that an appt needed to be rescheduled and to call the office. I called 4 times during office hours and it went to voicemail each time, and I left a msg stating the msg to reschedule and gave my name and phone number. I called on 6/29, 7/1, 7/8, and 7/13. Never received a call back. I received an email last week and yesterday confirming my appointment. This is a waste of my time, money, and gas coming to the office only to be informed the appt was not valid! I did reschedule but am seriously considering finding another Dentist!

Came in for an appointment I made 3 months in advance, and confirmed via text when prompted. Even received an email the morning of that said "We're excited to see you today." Well they told me they marked me as needing to reschedule and couldn't do my appointment and wanted to know when I could come back for a new appointment. That answer is a definite NEVER. I took time off of work to come to this appointment. A phone call, text, email, ANY kind of notice would have been fantastic but no, they made me come in for nothing. Absolute joke of an office, and they lost my business for life.

Woooooow stunning work ! I went to this office for the 1st time a week ago With some concerns about work I had done at a another dentist office. My 1st visit was amazing with the care and professionalism they have shown me was stunning. They took the avg work that was done previously and propelled it to a Hollywood smile. This office and its staff are amazing people. A special shout out to mr turkewitz for making all.my concerns fall away, and giving me a 5vstar smile another special shout out to the lab professional mr Tyler he is top shelf and has the midas touch his work was perfection. If I could give 10 stars I would. Forever grateful to this team ! You made my day Thank you

DO NOT GO to any ASPEN DENTAL!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Worse experience ever. My husband and I both came in on the same day for a routine cleaning. It was our first time coming to Aspen because we wanted to find a dentist closer to our home. I found Aspen since they take our insurance. We went in for our exam and did our x-rays. We were then taken to our rooms for our cleaning and exam and there was no cleaning. I booked our appointments for cleanings. All they did both the hygienist and the actual doctor was talk to us and look at our teeth. No using of tools or anything In our mouths. Then tells me that I needed to pay $4,000 for my cleaning, gum restorative session, and a certain mouth wash and toothpaste they recommend for me for my next appointment. I refused and said I would call back for an appointment. My husband had to pay $80 up front for a filling. My husband scheduled his filling for a Monday and took off work for it. Which days off for him don't come easy because of the line of work he is in. Aspen dental called and canceled at the last minute because they were under staffed. Are you serious! So we tried to call to get a refund on the $80 because we were gonna go somewhere else and they wouldn't answer. They have an automated answering machine which we left messages several times. We called other offices in the area and finally was able to get in touch with someone. I even called cooperate to make a complaint on the matter because I find that absolutely absurd that no one can answer the phone. What kind of business is this. After days of calling, my husband was finally able to get in touch with the Suffolk office and get his refund. Now we just received a bill for $83 dollars for our "exam" and X-rays. I've never with my insurance been charged for either of those at other dental offices. We weren't even given a true exam. This place is a complete joke and not worth your money DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
