I feel immensely grateful to have been assisted by Megan at the Jensen location to setup my procedure. Her level of thoroughness and understanding is unmatched. To say she went "above and beyond" would be an understatement. Sometimes you encounter people that are just exceptional at their job of helping people and Megan is an absolute gift.

Went yesterday to pull my back wisdom everyone was very friendly, and makes you feel comfortable, it's a very clean place ... the dentist and his assistant did a great job , the front desk lady took care of me right away as soon as I walk in the door ,and the finances gentleman help me with a payment plan and worked with how much 6 I can afford...it's affordable if you do not have insurance I recommend people to come here you will love it ...

where do you start. I went to Aspen dental with a problem and to me it was a big problem but to them was more of a relaxed Mr. B we will take care of you The receptionist 2 of them there 1 in the morning and 1 at night absolutely phenomenal amazing easily made you feel so warm and comfortable and that's just walking in the door as I Called in I WasGreeted by DavidTold My situation I recently filed bankruptcy he said no problem My hand to God Almighty within 3 minutes I had approval An amazing Job at thatTino the DA led me to the room with dr Guerrino And an amazing Tino retired marine was absolutely the friendliest person you ever wanna meet made me feel so comfortable it's just unbelievable unbelievable you hear a lot of reviews people trying to prop up businesses for whatever reason I have no ties to this place whatsoever all I have is good words to say about good people The biggest thing I'd like to say is I work 12 hour days so it's very hard for me to get appointments I could not make the appointment at 7 o'clock I called up I called up and hate me that I can't remember her name but she told me to hold on so speak to the doctor the doctor told her Mr. Bank don't worry we will wait for you don't speed get here and we'll be here I arrived at 7:25 and they were still waiting for me now remember this is a Friday Everyone wants to get home on Friday after work I've never seen a practice of firm whatever you want to call it do something something so warm heartingly without anything else but we understand your situation and we'll wait for you I couldn't believe it I'm to this d*** flood their price is a way compared comparable or better than their competitors competitors and everyone says yeah you do your lab work We can have it in 3 days well the place I went prior to also said that and I'll even give the name affordable dental so I went there 3 months to get what I needed done Aspen dental 2 weeks 3 months to get what I needed done Aspen dental 2 weeks Anyway thank you so much Aspen dental and so many More people there than I think only had a brain I would remember their names their names the doctor that night my hand goes off to you and I'll ever f*** be grateful for what you did did and the whole crew again from the bottom of my heart nothing but the warmest Wishes I know I'm leaving out so many good people thank you Aspen dental virtually being number one in the game

Aspen dental works with high technology that I've never seen before, very professional friendly and thorough. the only minus is that on the phone the told me cleaning will be 84$ and it was over 200$

Can never ever get billing right wanted to charge 4k with insurance 987.00 for a paradontal cleaning. Also said they wouldnt do the cleaning less I paid for Restaliyn. Called new dentist and they said they would do deep cleaning even if I didn't do the extra. Basically this office pads the bill and if you cant pay they dont do the work Billing issue major. Just spoke two people I referred to this office and said they had billing padded as well

I had a dental emergency on the weekend and my regular dentists emergency line would not call me back. I found Aspen Dental and they were so accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment Monday at 7:30am. I was greeted by Megan at the front desk. Megan was friendly and quickly got all my paperwork completed and it was not long until I was called back. I am a nurse so cleanliness, making the patient comfortable, and professionalism are very important to me. This office fulfilled all these qualities and more. Each staff member explained what they would be doing prior to doing it and answered all my questions. Savanna, the dental assistant, was very gentle when taking X-rays of my mouth. Alda, the dental hygienist, was very knowledgeable and offered some suggestions to help improve my oral health. Dr Negrut was very knowledgeable as well. He thoroughly explained his recommendations and answered my questions. After seeing Dr Negrut, Diana, went through and showed me what my insurance covers and how much I would be responsible for paying. I applied for Care Credit right there and was approved instantly. It really was a stress free process. I highly recommend the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Stuart. It is hard to find an office where everyone is so friendly and professional. I am glad that they will be taking care of my dental needs in the future!

I initially came to this place to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, I Payed since June for my oral surgery, but they keep canceling my appointments. I was suppose to have my my crown placed in June, they cancelled that too. It is now August and nothing has been done yet. My teeth are killing me, I cant barely eat. They wont give me my money back to go somewhere else. They want to use it for my crown b

Was very nervous going in due to a bad dental experience, but this office is amazing. From the receptionist to the dentist & everyone in between. Had my first ever deep cleaning/scaling and a back molar pulled all in the same day with absolutely no pain during or after. Highly recommend. They are all awesome. Thank you.

The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor were welcoming, attentive, and professional. A special mention is necessary for the office manager, Aaron who was patient and determined to sort out my insurance issues, which was highly appreciated.

12/10 experience. Every single staff member was patient, highly respectful, and well versed in their fields. From taking their time to break anything down as I bombarded them with questions to the overall communication between themselves to ensure efficiency. They made it feel as if i was apart of the family and I appreciated the experience. They're really a top notch team and I've already booked my next appointments through Apsen!

Spoke to Regional Manager Brian G. , I am Please with the amicable resolve by both the owner and Regional Mgr. reader, please note: my issue was NOT with service, nor Dentist or his work ,.. issue was with the business office Mgr who did a poor job of making my experience FLAWLESS ,.. that office Mgr is no longer with Dentistry,.. (not connected with my issue). Now i can complete what was started. Thank you Aspen

Horrible, called 3 times waited on hold each time for 15min before I hung up. Service used to be phenomenal here now this place has went down.
