This dentist office is a nightmare the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist.they ran my credit card for way more then They told me.They told me my insurance covered everything then when I arrived at the office ran my credit card for over 500 dollars without my knowledge.Then proceeded to tell me no your insurance didn't pay for your permanent dentures you will have to pay the rest of that which is 2100.00 but over the phone told me everything was paid in full and my permeates where sitting there waiting on me to pick them up. when I called my insurance I found out that aspen did get paid for them and that they where lying to.Ot was the most horrible experience I have ever had I am currently disputing the charges to my card and speaking with a lawyer to most likely take this place to court for what they did to me.Also they toolk my temporary dentures that I walked in with and threw them away and wouldn't give them back to me I had to go looking in the trash myself to find them unbelievable this place should be shut down for strong arming people stealing money off peoples credit cards and jut not being morally honest. Today was my second time visiting this Aspen location and my experience was outstanding. DR. Giraldo and her team made me feel welcome and took the time to explain all the procedures I need to make me feel confident. I also have to add that the cleaning procedure was painless. :)

Went in for a broken tooth and all they wanted to do was try and sell me on teeth whitening and didn't care I was in pain with a broken tooth.

I had a dental emergency on the weekend and my regular dentists emergency line would not call me back. I found Aspen Dental and they were so accommodating and scheduled me for an appointment Monday at 7:30am. I was greeted by Megan at the front desk. Megan was friendly and quickly got all my paperwork completed and it was not long until I was called back. I am a nurse so cleanliness, making the patient comfortable, and professionalism are very important to me. This office fulfilled all these qualities and more. Each staff member explained what they would be doing prior to doing it and answered all my questions. Savanna, the dental assistant, was very gentle when taking X-rays of my mouth. Alda, the dental hygienist, was very knowledgeable and offered some suggestions to help improve my oral health. Dr Negrut was very knowledgeable as well. He thoroughly explained his recommendations and answered my questions. After seeing Dr Negrut, Diana, went through and showed me what my insurance covers and how much I would be responsible for paying. I applied for Care Credit right there and was approved instantly. It really was a stress free process. I highly recommend the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Stuart. It is hard to find an office where everyone is so friendly and professional. I am glad that they will be taking care of my dental needs in the future!

Excellent!!! Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely helpful. I was in bad condition and I was taken care of immediately with great care. I am so satisfied and greatly appreciative to my lovely dentist and staff.

Overall very positive experience. Megan was very efficient getting my X-rays accomplished quickly as I struggle during this procedure. I gave her a heads up and she did a great job. Kevin did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, assessing gum and oral cancer screening always making sure I felt comfortable. Dr Frost very nice and I felt he was thorough and informative. After checking my X-rays and teeth he welcomed my questions. My only two small issues regard the process. In the past I would see my hygienist first for cleaning then my dentist. It was the opposite which was ok except after seeing the dentist I had to leave the room and meet with the billing specialist. I don't recall her name but she was very nice and friendly. She said she needed to verify that my insurance would cover the cleaning which pretty much any dental insurance I've ever had covers the cost of routine cleanings and x-rays so it was a little bit puzzling. Also you move around you don't stay in one room which is also something that's rather foreign to me but something I can adjust to. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

I was very amazed at the Doctors knowledge and how he handled my situation because I am homeless. Dentist do not care and would not take care of me except for Aspen Dental and especially Dr. Alvarez. If I did not get the appointment I feel sure that I would have ended up in the Hospital because I was having a problem breathing. I cannot thank Dr. Alvarez enough for helping me and I would recommend him and his office to anyone! Thank you so much, Mark and Mom Charlotte

The most nicest people ever. Made me feel very comfortable. Nayska was super friendly! Thea was so nice and made me feel so comfortable, I went in for a bump under my tongue and I was so scared she checked everything and reassured me it was nothing of concern. Dr. Alvarez was so nice and answered all my questions. Nancy was very helpful with breaking down what they recommended I get done. This is my new dentist office and I'll recommend them to everyone.

Reception was very warm and welcoming. treatment was very efficient caring and delicate everything was very detailed and the explanation of every test that was administered was translated well.The hygienist was very patient and detailed it made me feel very comfortable. The Dentist was great I'm gonna keep this one forever!! Overall my visit to Aspen was indeed remarkable ,I recommend very highly! Looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Alvarez was amazing worked with me past my anxiety attack in the middle of my extraction. Everyone was friendly and Courteous. Very location. This was my first time visiting an aspen dental and I was definitely a great experience given the fact most times dentist office are a little overwhelming but not this location. Dr. Alvarez made sure I had no pain throughout my extractions and continued to check every so often to make sure I was doing okay. Overall my best dentist experience thank you Aspen dental and Dr. Alvarez.

I have an irrational fear of the dentist due to a childhood trauma. Every staff member treating me with kindness and understanding. They encouraged me in a positive way throughout the entire procedure. Thank you all for making this experience manageable.
