I came in pain and left in absolute comfort. Even my wallet was free of pain. I can't possibly express in words how great the experience was. These people are professional across the board, the dentist, the dental assistants, the office staff, every single one of them. They went out of their way to take care of my needs. Additionally, the facility is state of the art, clean, and puts you at ease from the instant you walk through the doors. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I'd never go anywhere else now for my dental need barring extreme emergency. Additionally, they were understaffed that day and apologized for it, but they still juggled things around to take care of me. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Aspen!

At today's visit (11/3/2022), Ymaani was very kind, patient and caring as she was doing my teeth impressions. She is excellent at her job. She made the visit a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend her.

The staff is pleasant, polite and efficient. They provided me with a comprehensive view of what is needed to be completed during my visit. I am very happy with the care given to me. Dr. Kaur is amazing! Brittany rocks my socks!

Had a great experience with Aspen Dental. Lauren the X- ray technician was really nice and very helpful. Brittany is the best dental hygienist I ever had. Apple was very helpful with scheduling future appointments for me. Highly recommend this team.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Waited 30+ minutes past appointment time in the waiting room. While having x-rays done, the receptionists could clearly be heard gossiping about the "hot dentist" that worked there. Waited 15 minutes in the exam chair after x-rays to be seen by dentist. Saw dentist for 5 minutes, then waited 30 minutes for the hygienist to show up to do a "gum health consultation" but she never came over. When I got fed up and just got out of the chair and walked to the front desk to check out, she was standing there talking with the receptionist about her personal life. When I asked about checking out, she said I was supposed to still be waiting for a consultation. I declined because she obviously had more important things to do than her job, and left. The only positive employee experience I had was with the woman at the check in desk and with the x-ray tech. On top of that, the facility is disgusting. The carpets and ceiling all look dirty and stained. The x-ray chair and the exam chair were stained, worn, and had tears with cushion stuffing coming out. The exam "rooms" are just 6 chairs in one large room with dividers that can easily be heard through. No privacy whatsoever. If you're reclined in the exam chair, you can see right out into the lobby, and anyone coming in has a free show of the work you're having done. Please do yourself a favor and find an independent dentist. Don't go to this horrific example of a chain dentist.

The beautiful Dr. And her very sweet assistant made my day of hell disappear the pain I was in all weekend was overboard and when I left Aspen dentist I was a new woman thank you so much!!! God bless and let's not forget Lauren she took the X-rays.Thank you Aspen dentist in Stroudsburg pa

Always helpful and informative. Lexi checked with my insurance carrier and told me if was covered. Was expecting a bill. I have been going to Aspen since 2016 and have no.complaints at all!

I have worked customer service my entire adult life and was very impressed with the service I received. I went in to get a quote and was treated with respect and made to feel welcome. Natalie, of the Stroudsburg, PA office, was extremely professional and friendly and ended up saving me over $1,000. The staff worked like a well-oiled team and made the entire experience , well, enjoyable- especially for a dentist visit.

This practice should be ashamed of itself. The woman at the front desk is by far the rudest person you could imagine. I waited 35 minutes just to talk with someone on the phone and they gave me a total run around about my insurance and said they couldn't get the fee schedule for the amount so they wanted me to pay tge full amount. I called another Aspen practice and they stated there was no problem with my insurance. My wife called our insurance company to verify participation and was told they always have a problem with Aspen Dental in Stroudsburg. Unfortunately I made a decision to post on fb/meta and Twitter how horrible this practice has become and no longer is a patient care facility and only cares about their bottom line.

I visited the Stroudsburg location and received professional & informative care for my dental needs. Dr. Kaur, Dee Dee(Dental Assistant) Carolina (Dental Assistant), Staff(Apple, Natalie, Perla & Savannah was very patience in helping me gain my smile back. Dr. Kaur & Dee Dee has gone out their way to return my smile without me being embarrassed for my 42nd class reunion next month. I definitely will recommend Stroudsburg location & requesting Dr. Kaur for your Dental needs. Richelle S

I had the worst experience with Aspen Dental. I left the office in tears, disappointed, and still needed to go to another dentist office to have services performed. I paid cash to the other office for services previously paid for by my insurance company to Aspen Dental. I would never refer anyone to this location ever.

The technicians, staff and dentists are friendly and gentle. The first visit was over 2 hours and only took x-rays and look in the mouth. Schedule another day for teeth cleaning. In all my years seeing various dentists never had this experience, that all was not taken care of in one visit. Time is exceptional long wait, but service was gentle.After reviewing other reviews that's a problem. Dont apologize because it doesn't fix the issue (timing).Maybe think of addressing it. This dental practice will not take care of you in emergency. Develop a toothache, they will not take care. Had to make and see another dentist who will take care of my toothache.

The consultant was dishonest about billing. I was told to pay for a filling when my insurance covers this charge. Everyone working in the front office were very rude and unprofessional, including the consultant/ manager collecting payments. After my next appointment is complete, I won't return again.

Staff seems caring and attentive this includes the dentists and the front desk staff. And I was able to get an appointment right away which is almost unheard of nowadays. As of now I give 5 stars
