I called over a dozen dentists with a dental emergency..not only could I not get into one but also NON I mean NON even offered real payment plans especially for someone like me who's building my credit up.. I not only got into aspen right away but was approved for a flexible payment plan and already scheduled again for both my next appointments to take care of the rest.

The front desk girls were welcoming. I got in with little wait time. Dr. G explained the entire process, kept checking to make sure I was Ok with numbing, all went well. Evangelina kept things light & easy. I really appreciate this because I am very nervous with dentists.

If you have to go to the dentist, this is the place to go. Friendly, kind, caring staff. Always make me feel welcome and more relaxed than any dental office I've ever been to before.

Very nice people Dr.G is very kind and. Knowledgeable. Emily is very kind and professional. The phone personel are exceptionally nice.

Great staff! Doc G was great, friendly and knowledgeable! Vangie was a great help to Doc G. She is very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable! Mariah was very welcoming! Emily was a great help! Skylar was very friendly. Overall great experience and we would highly recommended Aspen Dental for all your dental needs!! My husband is scared of dentist but he is not now! He loves Doctor G and Vangie!

Wonderful place , everyone is so gentle and comforting. Got teeth pulled and dentures put in and its been very easy to go through.

The lady in finance honestly did not know how to tell the truth. Each time I've went in there she's been the rudest person in there. She has an attitude where it doesn't seems she cares. Dental work went well though she's just bad

My mom needed a tooth extracted... When I called to schedule an appointment I was told it will cost about $130. That turns out to be a lie to just lure her in .. when she got there she was charged $448. A very bad bait and switch strategy.... Will not go back there

Had a crown come out from my back molar. Hurt every time I took a breath. Called first thing this morning. They got me right in and re- cemented the crown and now all is well. Quick, professional and very nice people. Prices aren't bad at all. I will go back!!!

The lady's upfront are nice. The lady that did my X-rays was really nice. The dentist came over and told me things that I needed done that my regular dentist stated was okay to have. My crown popped off and the dentist stated it would need removed and implanted a new one. I was using the light to see it and he came and shut it off and said let's turn this off. The bill they tried to hit me at was $5200. I contacted my dentist and said it would be $970 if this was the case but she is strongly sure she can put it back on with no issues. I do not recommend this place.

The staff at Aspen Dental in Strongsville, Ohio were great. Very friendly and efficient. I was 20 minutes late due to traffic and they still saw me for my appointment. It didn't take long to see the dentist and he was excellent. Gave me a thorough exam and explained what needed to be done. I will be seeing them again soon. All in all, a great place for dental health. Thank you to everyone there!

I've been coming here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. They always tell me what I'm going to pay before I receive any care from them, the office team is always friendly, my hygienist has been the same for years and is always awesome and careful, and Dr. G is caring and professional. Definitely not just another office at a "big chain," these folks are great.

I've been coming here for years and it's always a good experience here. Everyone is friendly and comfortable to talk to. They don't push you to make decisions right away and they accept a lot of different insurance providers. Shout out to Dr. G and the entire staff. I appreciate you guys! :)
