Kim, office mgr. went above & beyond in helping me to get new dentures in a timely fashion. The dentist and assistants were also very friendly and helpful. and understanding of what you're going through. I would recommend Streetsboro Aspen Dental to anyone needing dental assistance.

I had my implants put in my bottom gum today, it was not at all what I had envisioned, it was less painful than when I had my teeth pulled. I had a great team, Dr. Nawrocki, lead DA Jennifer and Assisting DA Diane, they were absolutely the BEST. We laughed, joked and got thru this with NO problems whatsoever. This was my second visit to this office and I'm still impressed with everyone here from the doctors to the assistants to Kim(office manager) and front desk personnel, everyone is very professional and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I would definitely recommend the office in Streetsboro to anyone looking to have anything dental done, you will not regret it.

Will not be coming back here again....came in for a tooth extraction. Appt scheduled by my obgyn and an emergency extraction due to me being pregnant (it was badly infected and had an abscess) first they tried to argue they would not perform the extraction, then they brought me back for exrays (seemed ok at that part) then when I got to the room the dentist came in and said he could do the extraction for me, cool. The lady that came in ONLY seemed to care about payment, in fact she flat out said we will not do the procedure u less we have payment in full. First off. Can I be looked at as a patient who needs help? Payment isn't an issue. My issue is they looked at me like I was nothing but money not a human being....thats kinda aweful as a doctor to do that....secondly how are you gonna pull a tooth from my face and offer absolutely no antibiotic for the infection i currently have and nothing for pain? There were a variety of things I could taken for pain being pregnant according to my doctor and i was given nothing. I was told to take a dose of tylonal ( which mind you is not helping. Procedure done at 9 am and its 7:30 pm and my pain is still 10 out of 10. Did not even receive any informative paperwork about the procedure upon being discharged which would have been nice conserding I've never had an extraction done. I absolutely refuse to come here again

I had my wisdom teeth extracted at the Aspen Dental in Akron 2 months ago. The oral surgeon there, who did my extraction moved away without informing me. I never got to have a follow up with him. I'm having post-operative complications and there is another oral surgeon in Streetsboro who could help, but because I would technically be a new patient to him, they would have to charge me $137 as a professional console fee, whereas if my original surgeon wouldn't have moved, it would be free to see him as a re-evaluation. All of this was explained to me by the manager at Streetsboro Aspen dental. I told her it's unfair for me to have to pay that fee based on my circumstances, I did not chose to see a new surgeon, mine moved away and left me in the dark. She understood my frustration but offered nothing more than an apology. I've gone to multiple appointments with multiple dentists over this same area that is causing me pain, each dentist has not wanted to touch the area and has referred me to other people and have passed me around to multiple appointments (that I left work and income for) only for nothing to be done in the end unless I pay a fee that I should not have to pay to this new surgeon. I told her I'd rather try to cut my gum open myself and remove what's bothering me myself at this point. That idea did not seem to bother her. All she had to offer was an apology. They would rather let a patient potentially harm themselves or just suffer over what would be a very small amount of money to them, money that would be unfairly charged in the first place. Again, it was explained to me that being seen by my original surgeon would be free, as a re-evaluation had my surgeon not moved, but because he moved and left me to have to find a new guy, I will have to be charged as a new patient with the new guy. Combine that with the amount of appointments I've left work for and lost money for, this is wrong and this is offensive. This is a very poor practice.

My appointment was at 11AM. I received a text to get there 15 minutes early; I don't know what for, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. At 11:30, they took me back to x-ray, where I sat 15 minutes while they tried to figure out how to use the x-ray machine. X-ray tech is a very angry person and I felt she was taking it out on my mouth. I've never had x-rays hurt so much. I finally saw the dentist at 12:10. He was polite and efficient. Next, I had to see the office manager who wanted to schedule me for a $145 cleaning. No thanks; I won't be going back to this place. There was no cost for the new patient exam and x-ray, but it still wasn't worth it.

I'm not going to get too detailed on my specific experience, but I'll touch on a few major points. Don't go here. You could go literally anywhere else and get significantly better care. 1. They don't care about you or your needs with dental health. They're chasing the dollar and will lie to you to get more. 2. They are entirely too difficult to get ahold of. I'm still waiting to get a call back and it's been roughly 6 months. At this point I already got everything taken care of elsewhere. 3. Very unprofessional and extremely unorganized. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. 4. I had an ortho consult, and long story short, they gave me completely wrong information. I'm just amazed. 5. They are SO EXPENSIVE, FOR NO REASON

Excellent Dentist. There was a complication with the appointment time, I was told the day before my appointment that the time was moving up three hours. The office did warn me however on my first visit that the times were subject to change. The office and dentists in the office made sure I was comfortable before proceeding, letting me know when I'd feel pressure or what I'd hear. Outside of the local anesthesia pinches, I felt zero pain during the process. Soreness making it's way in four hours later but I am well equipped to handle this thanks to efforts of Aspen Dental. Thank you.

Ouch! Is this really their model? Showed up and was taken for X-rays. Great so far. Then the Dentist showed up who clearly did not want to be there. (Very Distant) Spent 5 minutes looking at my mouth and disappeared. Two minutes later a woman who clearly had been put through a 30 min dental sales orientation and handed a sales goal for the month decided to lie to me about having gum disease when the doctor didn't even perform an exam. Tried to burn through my dental benefits with a $1500 cleaning that was unnecessary and sneak in a $135 tooth brush. When asked about the reason that brought me in she had no clue what to say. They provided a plan of treatment that included roughly $5000 worth of unnecessary work and told me that not going through my insurance was "Insurance Fraud". Do yourself a favor and find a reputable local company that built their business on serving the community and ditch this sales gimmick. I did see a professional for the second opinion whom I won't mention but they are in Kent close to Penn Station. GO SEE THEM INSTEAD!

Please go somewhere else. I went in to get my front tooth filled and the dentist royally jacked up my tooth. He left it jagged and uneven, and lumpy causing my bite to be extremely uneven. He did another filling that fell out not even a month later. He also cut my lip with his drill. Not to mention the tooth he filled he drilled way too close to my nerve and damaged it beyond repair and with a second opinion from another dentist he said the cause of the nerve damage was over drilling. They charged me over 3k for 5 fillings and all I'm left with is holes in my teeth and needing to spend even more money on a root canal because they destroyed my mouth!! The dentist was dismissive and rude to me about my concerns and left me utterly messed up in my mouth. The front desk staff is amazing, very kind women, but the dentist is a quack who I'm very surprised he even graduated from school.

Tried to get an appointment, had to reschedule twice and it wasn't until the second time that they refused to let me have a Saturday appointment despite the schedule being open because I was a new patient. I work M-F and can't always take off work. If you are open, and have appointments, why turn away money?

From having my daughter's appointment canceled and no one calling to tell me, taking her out of school for it and being turned away to them not keeping records on file I filled out previously for x-rays to be transferred resulting in more time wasted. My own dental experience is having a cavity filled Really poorly and extremely off bite, at least they fixed that. Even my billing is incorrect. Really disappointed in my experience and will not be back.
