I can't speak to the dentists. I couldn't get that far in the booking process. The call center made it so difficult to get an appointment that it was easier to hang up on them and call someone else who lives in Stillwater. The lady on the phone was not trying to help at all. I called to try to get my father in, who called me to let me know he was in severe pain. He has Alzheimer's. It was easier to call an office that was closed and get him in than to talk to Aspen's call center and try to get him in.

Five star plus! I called today for my first appointment and they treated me kindly! Whole experience from making the appointment on telephone to getting my teeth checked was done in kind and professional manner. They are a new clinic and building is new, the parking is easy, too. Barbie the front office manager was nice, handled my check in swiftly! Dental assistant, Katlyn, was very nice and gentle person. Specially like the dentist. He was very thorough and nice! My whole experience was fantastic! I am impressed and thank you for job well done! Cheers! At my dental cleaning today, I found that Dr. Moriarity, Andi, and Barbie are totally fantastic My appointment was punctual, professional and well coordinated. Totally great experience Thanks Aspen dental! Already made my next appointment! Smiles and cheers!

Was extremely pleased. They were prompt courteous, and eager toplease. Took a broken partial to them and within an hour it was repaired and reinforced, I couldn't be more pleased. Have already decided the family will be going there from now on. Thanks to the whole Stillwater team!

Was told to reschedule getting fillings due to a dentist having to drive back to Tulsa and he didn't like to drive late at night. I was unable to reschedule until months later. I didn't receive a call back and ended up having to choose the "new patient" option to get a call back in reference to making sure my prepaid dental work was refunded. I called after hours on 08/25/22 due to a tooth breaking, receptionist assured me that someone would see her email the next morning, it's not 08/30/22 and I have as of yet to get a call back. I'll go elsewhere.

Office was clean and nice, the exam and X-rays were done quickly, the employees are very nice and answered and questions I had! Only thing was, my appointment was at 9:00 but a assistant called out sick so I ended up going back around 9:35. Which I completely understand! They were very apologetic for the extra wait.

Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would I showed up 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment due to car problems and they wouldn't see me I told them that I had excruciating pain and they did not seem to care very unprofessional like,Don't take your kids there!! The front counter lady was also very rude

Careful with these brood of vultures, they feed off the dead. They dont have your best interest(s) at heart. They will push procedures that you dont need. These are salesman, not true healthcare professionals.

Every appointment I've made (3) I have received at least 3 follow up calls asking for a time change (which I've allowed) all of which have lead to a last minute cancellation. The people who I've spoke with on the phone have also been very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for an abscess and possible extraction. Due to the neglect of my questions about antibiotics I ended up losing 2 teeth. The tech told me to take Tylenol for the inflammation and visit with the office rep about my dental plan. There was more attention to talking me into partials than my immediate issue. The plan was $4500 and the recommendation that I apply for a dental credit card. I believe money and not my well being is the motivation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would give a minus 10 if I could. This place put me through extreme pain twice as I had no choice but to go back they created a contract that we signed then they tried to charge us almost u00 dollars more. Bad professionalism at the front desk so just a bad horrible place. Wouldn't suggest this to my worst enemy

I saw dr Moriarty for an emergency tooth pain. They got me in same day within a few hours of calling and Mr. Moriarty was by far the most considerate gentle dentist I have Ever been too! The people there are extremely thorough and competent and the dentist is the best I've ever been to would highly recommend to anyone!

I am 100% terrified of dentists but aspen made me feel safe an secure, for getting an extraction all things considered it was amazing customer service and support to keep me calm during the whole procedure. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone afraid of dentists.
