If you are looking for a dentist, find a different office. The receptionist at this location was extremely rude, had an attitude about everything and a clear disregard for patient information confidentiality. Before having services completed I requested for my insurance information to be verified a week prior to the appointment and nothing was done until I arrived the morning of my appointment and even then the receptionist was still unwilling to complete this verification. Extremely poor customer service and no regard to patient wellness. If they could get a negative starts, I would give them.

Most of the staff were pleasant and super helpful, but the lead and only dentist was extremely rude and condescending, kept contradicting the people he worked with so I felt like he wasn't allowing himself to be properly aware of my current state, and I felt like I had to argue for enough information to feel like I could make an informed decision. Between that and him stabbing the inside of my pressure point when he was numbing me, almost causing me to pass out in pain, and him talking down to me after the fact, I ended up just getting a referral due to a lack of trust. Edit: I tried to call the customer service number and got tired of being on hold, so I gave up because I don't feel it's worth the effort. The minute he yelled at me in front of other patients for not letting him pull my teeth, I decided I would not be back there unless he was no longer there.

I am very disappointed with Aspen Dental. I had a new patient appointment with them on April 25th. The dentist himself did not seem super friendly towards me and seemed rushed with his visit with me. They did not clean my teeth at this appointment due to some dental issues they found. So they gave me a referral letter to see a periodontist. The next day I called Aspen Dental back to request a new referral letter to a different periodontist that would be covered by my insurance. The receptionist told me this was no problem and that the dentist was out but he would fill out the new referral for me the following week. Well, the following week came and went, and I heard nothing back from Aspen Dental at all. It is now June 8th, and I still have not heard back from them. At all. I have called their office multiple times the past two months, and they have yet to return a single call or voicemail to me, which I have left multiple. I will be finding a new dentist, as it is clear I may never hear back from Aspen Dental again.

Their payment plans go through a third party w/ VERY high interest rates. They also over billed me 3 times, corrected the mistake after I spent an hour on the phone w/ them, then overbilled me again, two months later. Also, if you pay the amount on your bill every month, on time, your balance will remain the same. Basically, you're paying $80 a month to keep your remaining balance the exact same..... Also, Aspen talked both me & my mother into getting teeth pulled that (upon 2nd opinion by another dentist), did not need to be pulled. This establishment is Very, profit driven. Be careful!

I visited about a year ago and had work done. I was happy with the results. I went back to have a tooth extracted, but they do not have surgical equipment there..... so I'll have to visit thier office on white bear ave. No problem, I like the name Aspen..... I am super afraid of dentists but my teeth hurt so bad I had to go. Becuase I have had some really bad experiences with other dentist I had to go and meet the dentist first and he was really nice his name was Jason he started working on my teeth in 2020 he decided with me to take some of my top teeth and some of my bottom teeth and give me partials it was great he did it and a I had temporary top and I had to wait for the bottom partial and that would be permanent. So as time goes on and covid hits and I'm waiting on a permanent top partial something happened I had to go back for a for a cleaning and I Jason was gone no longer working there then after that I had to see 3 different dentist that were not nice and did not care what my teeth looked like or how they felt . In Sept of 2021 they had my permanent top and bottoms but the top does not match my existing teeth in my mouth . Now I have a big tooth right in front that sticks out and the new teeth look like little tiny chicklets. It's very embarrassing I'm glad we all need to wear masks . I am very upset about it and can't bring myself to go back to them. Now they lifted the mask mandate and I still wear my mask. Just because my mouth looks more hideous than it did with rotten teeth. And I also paid 7000.00$ for these teeth.

Recently had to find a new dentist, decided to try aspen dental. The staff I met with was very friendly, explained everything they did before hand. That being said I'd recommend aspen dental!!

If you are looking for a compassionate and kind dentist, or if you have concerns or fears about going to the dentist, then look elsewhere! I found Alaa Al Arabi, leading dentist and owner, to be rude and arrogant and lacking a general bed side manner. The behavior and communication was far from professional.

Way to expensive, you dont have to get rich off one customer, $4,000 dollars for a one hour visit, that's after insurance, B.S.

Felt like a sales meeting, but for my teeth. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental. They refused to give me a basic tooth cleaning, and said I needed to do a specific, more expensive treatment. When I received the proposal for services, they said they would highlight everything I was responsible for paying, and would require 60% up front to even book the appointment. There were additional charges NOT highlighted on there that I specifically said I did not want, like a $130 electric toothbrush. If I didn't catch those, I would have been paying for things I did not agree to. This is super unfortunate and I have a lot of time wasted through choosing this practice.

Where to even start, I had called on a Friday night and was able to get in at 9am Saturday for a tooth infection. They got me in right away and talked me through everything and got me on my way. After a day or two of being on the antibiotics, I rescheduled and got an appointment the next day at 1 to have the tooth extracted. I showed up early and they got me in and out before my actual appointment time. They were all super friendly and nice and I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I travel a lot for work and they work with me as far as availability. I definitely will be coming back to this place for my further teeth work. Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental, especially the Still water location

Lucy was the sweetest person and made me feel so comfortable and welcome here. I've been so nervous and she has been my favorite person to talk to! She explained everything that she was doing clearly and helped me understand a lot! Tony was also very helpful with the financial side of things and helping me find a plan that will work for me and helped keep me calm though all of it and was very thankful. My only issues was I've had to see 3 different doctors and it confused me a lot and it stressed me out.

The staff and doctors were incredible from the beginning to the end of my experience. Lori was companionate, empathetic and caring all along the way. For one of life's traumatic experiences they made it as comfortable and positive as they could.

Great experience with them. The office manager, Doua was great to work with. The dr treated me like one of his friends which made me feel comfortable. Their prices were competitive and I would recommend to anyone. My experience with my prior dentist was not as pleasant as this one. Thanks!
