The team that helped me today was very informative and friendly. They were not pushy by any means and gave me very good info on what is upcoming and what to expect. From x rays to scheduling appts the team was very well organized and friendly.

They ladies therr was very nice and understanding. Kylie was very sweet qnd explained everything that she was doing including the xray machine on how it works and what u have to do.. the doctor was so nice and gentle. He understood where I was coming from regarding my dentures.. and Jen and her training lady Jen was very kind and understood for plans and payments.. all in all a very nice group of people.. I give it a 10 out of 10...

I had such a lovely experience at my appointment. Ashley who took my x-ray's was so nice and patient with me. The assistant that was near us I had a question for him because Ashley stepped away, his name was Justin and he answered it very clearly in a way I can understand! Doctor Patel was very soft spoken with me and very gentle as well. Jenna who came in and checked my gums was so sweet she's literally adorable and very enthusiastic and made me feel very comfortable. Jen the office Manager was so sweet and helped me get my treatment situated and informed me on prices for upcoming appointments and helped me with any other questions I had. 10/10 experience.

I had my first visit on Thursday, September 8, 2022. Everyone on staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I hadn't been to a dentist in many years,and I was very apprehensive about seeing one. There were no judgments made. Being told that complete extraction and full dentures was my only real option wasn't as scary as it could've been, thanks to Ashley and Jenna. Jennifer did a wonderful job of explaining how their financing works. I left with an appointment for the 13th, when I will have all my remaining teeth removed and get my first set of dentures. Surprisingly, I'm looking forward to it.

I recently had my first visit and I was very pleased with this dental office. I was hesitant to try a new dentist, as I have been going to the same one for years, but the staff here met me with open arms. Everyone was very polite and kind mannered. My hygienist, Ashley, did a great job and was very polite. Kyler, was also generous and professional during my visit. Overall, a pleasant experience and I plan to come back to Aspen!

They take advantage with overprices and add unnecessary products to their treatments. When I paid for my treatment, they included a toothbrush for $136 which I returned. I paid for all the treatment before starting, and now they send me a bill for $26 because the insurance did not cover part of the treatment. Also, from the dental cleaning, they divided it into two appointments because according to them, that way insurance would cover my expenses. They are not honest at all!

Ref: Aspen Dental Sterling, IL. Dr. Patel was very polite, informative and answered all my questions. Also Dental assistant Arlene, Lab Technician Kyler, and Jennifer from the office team were polite and cheerful. My only regret that I have is that I never went to Aspen Dental years ago. I would highly recommend Aspen.

I had some profound work done. Absolutely incredible. And the staff! So sweet and generous. This girl Ashley, she was so kind. she made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
