Shahada (Office Manager) and Dr. Jonna were unbelievable. My wife and I have struggled recently with finances as we were hit very hard where we live in North Fort Myers, FL. We have been up here in Michigan for about 2 weeks now, during the last week or so I lost a filling that precipitated acute pain and exposure of the nerve in one of my molar's (#18 I believe). Well, we called up Aspen Dental in Sterling Heights and we were told to come right on in (a Saturday mind you). We were Able to work out some fair financial agreements and I was then taken back to meet Dr. Jonna. He was nothing short of fantastic! Very empathetic of my situation, He deftly dealt with the offending molar and before I knew it I was feeling much, much better. The experience my wife and I had here was awesome. The office was very clean and comfortable. I will return here any time I am in Michigan and need work done on my smile. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in my 47 years of life at a dentist office. Thank you so much Dr. Jonna and Shahada! you are the BEST!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I haven't been to a dentist in a few years because the last one I went to left a very bad taste in my mouth. Everybody here was phenomenal. And you would think that because I'm an adult they wouldn't offer me anything sweet or calming. But that was not the case. They offered to hold my hand. Took the time to explain everything to me. I absolutely love this place.

Dr. Semaan is the best!! I just recently finished my round of Invisalign and I could not be happier with the results!!! I was surprised at how easy and stress free the process was. The Invisalign trays are so comfortable to wear, nobody could tell I even had them on. In just 9 weeks my teeth are perfectly straight- not to mention it was a completely painless process. Super clean office, quick and friendly staff... will definitely be returning. Thank you Dr. Semaan for finally making me love my smile :) :) :)

Aspen Dental took away my dignity and left me toothless. The scam is you have to buy the temporary set of dentures they make in house. When I refused the temps and chose to wait for permanents, Dr. Natalie Semaan took it upon herself to make the temps anyway, against my will. I made it abundantly clear to all Dr.'s and office personnel, NO TEMPS. This conduct defined by the ADA, is unethical- providing services or procedures that are unnecessary. My last encounter with Dr. Seeman was "if you don't like it throw your teeth on the tray and I'll refund you" then walked out of the room. furthermore, I have been dismissed from all Aspen locations nationwide. I have never acted inappropriate, raised my voice or used profanity, treated everyone with respect. No 100% worry free guarantee, Dr. Semaan you should be ashamed of yourself, try being a DR. not a high commissioned salesgirl. Update August 2022: I've had several visits with Aspen Dental since my first one back in April 2022 and they continue to perform professionally and with good results. Had a good first visit at Aspen Dental. All the staff I encountered were very professional and courteous and the facility was clean and well-organized.

I have spoken to the manager multiple times about my issues with my dentures and have been given the run around every time. I think the girls name was Ashley she was so helpful but Brianna was so rude and dismissive. I would give them a zero star if I could.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They say they pride themselves on being open on a wider range of hours to fit your needs. Which is a total lie! I have had a cleaning appointment since Feb, for a Saturday morning. It is now August, and I still have not had that cleaning appointment, why you ask? Because they call, every month, and cancel, so I rebook for the next month. Which they cancel again. I finally have to be done. They pulled a tooth of mine no problem, they are happy to make the time/keep an appointment that will make them way more money, but a routine cleaning, nope they will keep cancelling on you over and over again. No consideration for anyone else's time, plans, etc. Very clear they care about one thing, and one thing only. Keeping the appointments that will make them the most money, and screw everyone else. They'd rather you miss cleanings, so then you need more expensive work done to fix things that could've been prevented. Shameful. Update, gave then another chance since they continued to call and try to reschedule, said if they could get me in on 8/16 would take the appointment since I had the day off for other things. Got there in the morning and was told to leave, they had no appointment with me(even when I pulled up the confirming appt email, which said their location, todays date and 8am) she said you are no longer welcome here please leave. Extremely unprofessional.

I was so impressed with the staff as a whole. They were very caring and helped develop a plan to treat my issue and finical concerns. I will recommend the Sterling Heights location to all my family and friends

Took my son here because of reading all the good reviews,Super clean place very friendly staff only thing would be a little nicer would be if ya had coffee or vending machine for the people while they wait..Loved everything I heard from the dentist they seem to actually care about what you have to say.Also they have many options for you to take advantage of,Read the web site pretty much explains how your first visit will be. Highly recommend when my son has his work done ill update my review

the staff at aspen dental in Sterling Heights Mi They are very polite explained to me the whole process, the Doctor is well informed and I am very comfortable with the service I am going to receive. I would recommend this branch to anyone who asks me everyone there has a bright and cheerful attitude especially after what we have just gone through. If I could give them more than five stars i would!!!! Thank You for the great customer relationship it's good to know that we still have some people who care about their patients.

I recently started coming to Aspen Dental Royal Oak and seeing Dr. Samaan. Wow, what a difference it makes coming to the dentist when you feel like everyone at the office has you in their best interest. I felt so comfortable seeing Dr. Samaan and I typically fear going to the dentist. Highly recommend !
