The staff is super nice and very attentive to their patients. Also, they do inform you about everything and every step to get the best care possible. Very comfortable and family-oriented environment, clean, and professional.

I went to get 2 of my problem wisdom teeth removed. And didnt feel any pain!! Was the best dentist experience ive ever had! They updated me on what was going on and what to expect the entire time. And gave me lots of positive encouragment!

Even thought the staff was above and beyond I still liken it to going to a used car lot! They'll try to sell you all the extras at an outrageous price! They were not set up to fix a broken tooth and I was going to have to wait two months for an appointment to fix it. This should have been conveyed when I called to make the appointment! They were also more than double in price to a regular dentist. My copayment with insurance was in excess of $1300. They might serve a purpose but not for my needs!

Great place to get a tooth pulled. Friendly staff and great dentist. Didn't have wait long time to be seen. Very clean office and exam room. They do your exam free if your a new patient and have affordable prices. Now since I been there I will always go back for my dental work.

Staff is always friendly when you come in. The doctor always tells you what to expect while the procedure is being done. Also the dental assistant is great!

I was supposed to get a free gum screening and exam, but I only got to see some women who handed me a billing statement for after insurance covers their part. My wife and daughter got their exams, but they wanted to charge us up in the thousands of dollars range even though our insurance told us it would be in the low hundreds range for cleaning and one filling. Don't waste your time or money here cause money is all they're after. Not to mention really rude as well.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My appointment was not rushed. Location is very clean and has state-of- the-art-equipment. Best dental experience and visit I ever had.

I drove over an hour for an appointment I had scheduled over a month ago. Arrived and they asked me to file our new patient forms. I have been going for 2-3 years, I am not a new patient. They said it's a new patient appointment, I explained it's a yearly cleaning. They let me know they can't help me with a cleaning. The appointment was made incorrectly and they weren't accommodating. If you want a dentistry to take care of you, don't go here.

I went to my first visit last year, haven't been in years due to no insurance and just can't afford out of pocket. And I was in high hopes I'd finally be able to get my teeth fixed because they are bad. I found out my 1st visit what would need to be done and without insurance and the discount it would cost around 10,000.. fast forward this year I got the best insurance I could afford, tried again just to have a few things added to the plan and even with insurance I would still be left with about a 9,000 bill that I can't afford... The staff is friendly and sweet, but I'd only recommend if you had high grade insurance.

I would give them a zero if at all possible. I used to call center to set up an appointment. I have a tooth that is absolutely killing me it is sending pain up into my ear and down my neck. The call center told me to go to Statesville office walk in , and they would do their best to accommodate me. now keep in mind this is it 10:30 a.m. on Friday July 29th. I walked in and was turned away. The lady never asked for my name or even got out of her chair. Was very cold about the pain I was in. There was one person in the waiting room. I was told they had nothing available today. When you go online it says they stay open late. And come in early. If closing at noon on a Friday is staying open late. I got to wonder what's going on if noon is late. Because that's when they close so needless to say I didn't get seen I'm still in pain and hunting for a dentist.

I had a good visit. The hygienist wasn't there so I only received x-rays but the dentist checked things out and reviewed the x-rays and we came up with a plan that works best for me.
