I had a great experience my first time (consultation) & today was my second time going to have an extraction done. Dr.Chapel was AMAZING! As well as the other dental hygienist in office. She made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely loved her and her energy. Procedure went well. I'd recommend this office to anyone. 5 stars all across the board :)

Attitudes were awful except for 2 of them in the back. I wish I would've gotten their names. Won't need to worry about me again. And this time it wasn't us!!!

Why you should NOT use Aspen Dental, even if they are in-network for your insurance and even if you have no pre-existing dental conditions... I was scheduled for an appointment the morning after a hurricane would possibly hit our area. I confirmed on the phone that Aspen would still be open and that I was coming to the appointment. X-rays were done, including a type I have never had done in the past that became painful (not bite wings, but it did involve a piece in my mouth). A second person was called in to assist as they continued to talk about how small my mouth was while cramming pieces in my mouth and telling me to bite down. The dentist saw me and told me I did not have cavities and everything looked good, I just needed the cleaning. After waiting I was taken in an office with staff that scheduled me to come back for a cleaning. There was not a hygienist available as she had been told to stay home due to the possible hurricane. I would have preferred to know this the previous afternoon so I could have rescheduled my appointment to have everything done in one visit, but decided to wait until after my second appointment before writing this review that Aspen Dental kept emailing me reminders to post. On to the second appointment and my reason for never returning to Aspen Dental. I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment and was asked what vehicle I was in and told someone would come get me. (My first appointment I was allowed to wait inside.) No staff was wearing a mask and I should have asked why I could not wait inside, but I did not. I was taken back by the hygienist and she looked in my mouth to record some information for my chart. Finally she tells me that she cannot do a regular cleaning and treat me as though I have a healthy mouth. She said I needed a gingivitis cleaning, prescription toothpaste and a specific toothbrush for one week, and then could come back for visit number 3 to have my teeth cleaned. I have missed one 6 month cleaning so it has been one year since my last cleaning. I was very regular with my dental visits prior to that and was always told that I had very healthy teeth and to keep up the good work. I text a friend that is a dental hygienist to ask her opinion while waiting for the office staff to come and tell me what I would pay out of pocket that insurance would not cover. She agreed that Aspen Dental's diagnosis of my mouth seemed a little extreme given I have not had any issues previously. I let the staff know to cancel my amount and walked out. I now have an appointment at another dental practice that accepts my insurance.

As with all they want your money. And will do what it takes to get it. That is until they have it. And then it's show your real colors. Not happy with the service at all. It's a sad but at this point I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just from my experience. The overall cleanliness is sub par. Found a lot of residue from previous customers that used the room. Will resubmit more as time progress.

WARNING THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! #AspenDental I just paid almost $700 just for a cleaning! THEY WILL SAY YOU HAVE PERIDONTAL DISEASE TRY TO RECOMMEND A VERY EXPENSIVE TREATMENT! BEWARE! I went to them because they do offer a free consultation/ x-rays. Their reviews seems to ok also. I called and first received an general company operator ( that probably should have been my first clue, but I proceeded anyway because they got me right in) The lady at the counter was cheerful and totally nice. She took my information and I waited for about 30 minutes to be seen. The lady in the back that took all the x-rays was nice also and seemed to the pretty through. It was my next experience that cause me off guard. I sat in the chair and lady hygentist started asking me about my beard which I do dye from time to time and am super conscious about. How it has a purple hue. This had nothing to do with my teeth mind you? Anyhow after that ordeal, and me trying to get over that and be somewhat comfortable she proceeded to tell me I have bone loss in my mouth due to some sort of periodontal disease and made me sign some paper saying that she told me... Ugghh she also told me that I need a root canal done, but they don't do those because the "the doctor doesn't have time!" There's more.. The doctor finally came in for about 5 minutes just to say hi I guess explain/confirm that I have 3 cavities need a cleaning, and a root canals. So today... Ummm 20 minute cleaning and an argument with the front staff because I'm not a happy camper and I totally feel had. This place is a joke. Apparently 20 minutes is enough time to cure periodontal Disease? Yes, I did question the charges... "You paid for expertise not time sir" is the explanation I got.

I was hoping to walk in and out today with a Hey Your Teeth are perfect. But instead I got some not so happy news. But with that they helped me out so much today I couldn't thank them enough. My teeth are feeling better and working to make them even more better. They did an amazing job. I can't stop smiling.

My implants were paid in full 4 weeks ago. Bree was supposed to call me last week to tell me why I still have no appointment??? No according to Alecia this morning Bree is on vacation but she will find out what is going on and call me right back?? Not even a courtesy call??? Apparently you don't need my business, so I am going on vacation Monday and I will call for a FULL refund on Monday or Tuesday and I will find someone who needs my business. Poor poor way of doing business!!
