Great experience!!!i had an extraction. I'm uninsured and had to get an extraction. The doctor worked with me the most affordable plan without pushing unnecessary procedures Unlike my previous doctor that add up unexpectedly procedures without talking about the cost. This office was very friendly, very upfront in regards to cost, the dental hygienist and the dentist answered all of our questions, very professional. I'm very thankful to all the team! I will continue my dental work with Aspen Dental and will recommend your office to my friends, family and whoever needs quality dental work.

College students please avoid this place. I went in as a new patient just a couple weeks ago. I thought all was going well until the dentist assistant took one look at my gums and said I had gingivitis. I have not changed my dental routine in years and not once has my previous dentist given me that diagnosis. They may have had a reason to give me this diagnosis, but what they did next was completely unacceptable. They were going to charge me for the gingivitis treatment two weeks BEFORE I was given the treatment. This was not covered by my insurance and I was lured into giving them a large sum of money before I was given the treatment. Luckily, I did not follow through with the payment or treatment. If you are insistent on going here, then at least please try to pay them AFTER your treatment. This is a very predatory practice and I should have never scheduled an appointment with them in the first place.

Dental appointments cause high anxiety due to previous experiences. Hygienist was very nice! Helped me to calm down. Very comfortable experience. I feel they are overcharging for their toothpaste and mouthwash for out of pocket costs.

Avoid if possible. They use predatory practices to get you to pay for procedures that you do not need. They don't really see you as a patient or even a human, more as a mine for your insurance dollars. Edit: I had the same experience as a couple of people posting below. I was forced to pay for upcoming visits before they would allow me to schedule them. Then when I looked at the itemized bill later, I saw that it included a $135 electric toothbrush, and a bunch of overpriced rinses and toothpastes that I did not ask for, and am not convinced that I need. Reprehensible, heartless, money-grubbing scoundrels.

Pretty epset, my top denture was perfect and amazing, then almost a year and a tooth broke off. They fixed it then a week later it's cracking and pushed out. Very disappointed, everyone is very nice but the quality of my denture isn't very good. Hope this time it's fixed for good

Came in for severe tooth pain and wasn't expecting the quick results that I got. Thought I was going to have to schedule a long line of appointments but they extracted the tooth right away and were very good.

Finally a dental office where I feel better leaving than I did going in. The staff is all very professional and friendly. I'm relieved to have my smile back without horrible pain or any pain at all. The dentist explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. She and the hygienist made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

I went to the office located in state college pa. The dentist was great. But I was assaulted by one of her assistants. I would say if u go there or better yet I would say don't go to that office. It's located on south Atherton street. I feel that she was out of line what she had done to me. And she was rude the entire time. However the remaining members of the staff there was no issues. They did a good job
