The most unprofessional Dental establishment ever. They canceled a new patient appointment for my daughter three Fridays in a row because they said the doctors wanted to leave early. Are you kidding me? Is this the way they conduct a business? I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment. The reviews say it all! What a dump.

First time ever being there from the front office back to the back office from the dental assistant to the dental hygienist to the dentist very professional.Office very cleaned.I can honestly say I wasn't worried about nothing.Thank you so much.Will recommend to other people.

Very unprofessional. Today was the 2nd time I showed up for appointment my appointment was canceled. Very disrespectful of patients time did not receive a phone call or a text message to notify me of cancellation. Found out by showing up to confirmed appointment.

I came down here from NJ for a vacation and unexpectedly had a tooth ache. They were able to get me in asap and i only waited 10 minutes before they brought me in. Although they couldn't exactly fix the problem since it was my first visit and i'm not from around here, they prescribed me antibiotics to hold me over till i get home. The staff is so nice and the dentist i had was so thorough about what was happening. They really saved me from suffering during my vacation. If you're from around here i highly recommend Aspen Dental. I appreciate y'all!

Fast and done correctly I believe, 4 wisdoms out in less than 30 minutes. Sent me on my way with a prescription to Publix and good information for healing and with insurance under $800 for all 4 teeth.

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. The hygienist was very welcoming and caring about gum pain. She did her best to make sure the experience was as quick and easy as possible, and consistently made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning.

Horrible. Advertising claims you get dentures in a few days. More like 4 months. And this wasn't my first set of dentures. And when I finally got them I can wear them more than a few minutes without taking them out. Scheduling an appointment is the hardest thing I've ever done. Spent over $3000 for dentures I can't use. 9/23/22 I have to update. Finally got in and saw Dr Grey. She fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes. If you go here make sure you see Dr Grey.

My aunt went there to get something done in her back teeth, she had an infection and needed to get it sorted ASAP. The hygienist along with the team made her feel extremely uncomfortable as they stood around her chitchatting and laughing in shock as they saw her mouth, still she wanted to go back because the doctor was respectful and seemed trustworthy but they would pick up the phone and put you on hold for 20+ minutes. This has been very upsetting and this team is extremely unprofessional.

Magan is the GOAT and dr gerabaldi is legit and genuine. They rallied to get something done for me when life threw me a curveball--went above and beyond. Front office staff are super kind and helpful too. Highly recommend.
