They explained what was going on with my teeth & gave me a couple of options..they showed me where my problem areas will be going forward & what we can do to fix it. I was very impressed with the knowledge & honesty the dds provided.

My experience was great, I am leary on going to the dentist in general and it has caused some embarrassing teeth issues, everyone was not overwhelming and it was a very pleasant visit. I have follow up vists scheduled and am looking forward now to returning.

Dr.Chris was so professional as was Sydney his dental assistant explained everything to my plans to get beautiful teeth and smile I felt very comfortable

My bf just got dental insurance about 4 or 5 months ago. We went to Aspen Dental in Saint Peters for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction with a full understanding that we will pay most of, if not all, out of pocket bc the 1st year waiting period. Everyone was nice, place was very clean. Everything was great when it came time to pay, it was only $136.50 (with 1st time patient cleaning n x-rays free) for the wisdom extraction. I said are you sure? Shocked, but OK, great! UNTIL WE GO BACK to find out that before they can extract his other wisdom, we had to pay $292 for our last visit. When they took out the first tooth, Aspen Dental reached out to my insurance company, to which they apparently did not answer. Aspen Dental took it upon themSELVES to look online to see what I would be covered. They never informed me of any of this nor even try to discuss it with me. You can't do this to people! I went to my regular dentist yesterday for a cleaning and when I mentioned Aspen Dental, I was warned (professionally) that they haven't heard anything good from that company. I will never trust Aspen Dental again. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was on a business trip in MO, and had a temporary crown fall off. All I needed was to have the crown recemented on my tooth. I was required to do X-rays and the technician said there would be no charge for them. In reality upon checking out, I had to pay for the x-rays because I had insurance. Ignore their free x-rays on the first visit sign that you can see from the highway. I am still fighting a bill on the exam fee, even though no exam was done. What a horrible business practice for this chain.

I was impressed with Dr. Tuan Thai. I needed a tooth extracted and he was clear about my options. I went with an implant and the financing options are fair and clearly presented to you. For my first procedure he was very patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. (And he laughed at all my awful jokes) I was very impressed by his steady hand and concern for my pain and comfort. I'm glad I found this dentist, he is great. Highly recommend him.

Great service the first time, not so much after that. First time I went in for a tooth extraction they ran the normal exams and I had a cavity, or two. I put them off for a while, as they were not bothering me, and recently remembered to get them done. I was told that they couldn't just remove the cavity and they had to run more exams on me. This came across slightly fishy to me as my prior exams should have been on record showing the cavity that needed to be removed. Whatever, I have 50,000 things going on in my days to where 24 hours isn't enough time and went to the appointment. When I went and checked in I was told that I would be charged $252 for the visit, the exams that they talked about as I understood. OK, I have dental insurance isn't that on record. I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it and I'd have to pay out of pocket. I have the top tier of dental insurance from my job at Amazon. This to me was a warning that they were trying to pad my bill with things I neither wanted, nor needed, that was so unneeded even my insurance saw no need for it. As all I wanted was removal of the cavity, that is covered under my insurance, they found in a prior exam. Cancelled my appointment and I will NEVER be using their service again, nor will I advise anyone else too. Again the first visit is great, after that it feels like a money shake down.

They're very friendly but it's very hard to talk when they have all the tools in your mouth. I'd prefer if they were less friendly so I wouldn't have to try to talk with a tiny scrapper in my mouth.

Everyone was very nice. They explained everything. What to do. What they were doing. They talked about my teeth and advised me about what choices I have. I had a filling replaced on one of my front teeth. I was so delighted to see it afterward. Looks like a brand new tooth. I will definitely go back.
