SCAM SCAM DO Not use this dental office !! I went in to get a tooth fixed, as i sat in the room waiting for the dentist I heard the hygienist talking to the person in the next talking about all the cleaning they needed, which sounds like a scripted sales pitch, just a few minutes after another patient went in the same room and confirmed my suspicion the exact same sales pitch almost word for word ,two completely different people had the same symptoms like it was read off a piece of paper. Just moments after this they came in my room and once again repeated the exact same thing ,attempting to sell me on the same thing . The hygienist and the dentist are all in on this scam . They took x rays and "somehow" didn't get the tooth i went in there for on the x ray images . Then they tried selling me 5,000 dollars worth of repairs on a tooth they didn't even get an x ray of. I left there with getting absolutely zero work done but an overall estimate of 7,000 + dollars of dental work they wanted to perform. Do not let these people STEAL your money. . I wish I would have recorded it . They need to be stopped !!

Friendly, professional staff. Great experience. Aspen Dental aways finds a time to get you in. Dentist so nice and so good. No surprises, everything is explained and prices are fair.

I lost 8000.00 cash up front and 2000.00 insurance and am worse off . Mangers who never returned phone to workers who just lie never have been treated so bad

I called the night before to make an appointment. The lady told me from the call center that she would send me an email and I never received one. I did go there the next day and I told them I was in pain with a tooth. They said well we can't help you today we're going to do x-rays. Which they did and then the dentist came in and told me I needed dentures. However I told the lady who did my x-rays that I was in pain. I won't be back because they didn't listen to me I told them I was in pain. Didn't even set up an appointment they just wanted my $9,000 for dentures. I don't have that kind of money that's why in America people don't go to the dentist because it's a rip off. I'll find another dentist to go to screw this place. I'll find another dentist.

This place is an absolute joke, I made an appointment for emergency care because I have been in pain for days from an infected tooth and told them on the phone I needed it removed and they said thats fine but when I got there all they wanted to was an exam and xrays and they would set another appointment for next week because they don't do same day service. I'll never be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

Great customer service - everyone was so friendly and kind! Very thorough and up to date on industry technology as well. I had never seen a 3D picture of my teeth before!

They see me last minute which was a blessing the dentist was nice the dentist assistant was really nice they got confusing when it comes to talk about the things I need done and the manager was kind of all over the place so I had to take it back and say what need to be done where the insurance can cover everything then we got down to business I have two appointments where the dentist is going to do what needs to be done and insurance will cover it next year I will get done wouldn't need to be done so the insurance can cover the majority which is a blessing to have dental insurance but yes the manager was all over the place she had me confused but other than that the dentist and the technician and the receptionist she was like bomb bomb and I would recommend these people like I said they got me in last minute and I was like yes Lord thank you Jesus Hallelujah

Be careful - many of the reviews are scams, most likely created by their own staffs!! This place would find all the ways in the world to make you pay, even for the initial visit with proper dental insurance. They would tell you that they would take care of the charges and it never would go through (2 months after and post several phone calls) so you risk going through collections. You will end up paying more than without insurance at any other locations. For xrays of your own, they wouldn't be able to send you and blame the corporate - they don't take any accountability whatsoever! During my visit, I heard someone was having issues with the crowning (it would fall off), and this place refused to fix their own mistakes, which was pretty telling. I regretted continuing with my services thinking it is an one off incident.

Dentist was way overbooked, she really just saw me as a piece of meat and never looked me in the eye. Really disappointing. No pain management was offers , not even suggesting Tylenol. She never was concerned how much pain I was in because slabs of meat can't feel pain I guess. I almost ended up in the emergency room from pain. Lastly the x ray tech (I don't know her name but she had tattoos down to her wrists) kept bumping my assessed tooth and sending me to the moon. She argued that it was impossible for her to cause me pain even with alll that stuff in my mouth. A really awful place to go for dental care , it's a total factory.

I would not recommend this dental clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and was pleasantly given an appointment within two days. I was told I should arrive 15 minutes prior to complete paperwork. I was also told paperwork would be sent to me via email, which I did not receive. I received a follow-up phone call from the clinic stating I would only be evaluated and a cleaning appointment would be scheduled for a later date. I did appreciate receiving this information as I was not informed of that on my initial phone call. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 p.m. I was running late and arrived at 12:23 p.m. Upon my arrival at the front desk, I was told "We asked you to come 15 minutes early to your appointment. We need a full 45 minutes for the visit and since you did not arrive 15 minutes early, we need to reschedule the appointment, because we are closing". They close at 1:30 p.m. I am confident I could have completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes and possibly in the 7 minutes remaining prior to my scheduled appointment. Well, needless to say, I will not be going back.

I had a great experience with the Aspen Dental staff/clinic in Maplewood. They were professional, caring and friendly which made me have an even more comfortable dental experience. I came in for a general check up and they were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning that same afternoon. I would highly recommend your next visit to come here!
