First time patient. I came in for an emergency and I was impressed by the speedy check in process from the front desk, I was met with enthusiasm by the woman who did my X-rays, everyone was very nice and informative. Also worked out a payment plan. check them out

They are so friendly, so nice. And they will tell you exactly what you need on your dental work then telling you something you don't need they take their time with you. They explain everything with you.

I don't suggest this dental office to no one. I have a great insurance and paid a lot of money to them, and they are still terrible. I had an appointment this morning that was supposed to be free of charge, they called me and canceled my appointment, because I am guessing they are trying to get someone else in who will pay them. They send me to Arnold location, over there they said it's $120 for the visit. This place is all about money, they don't care about thier patients. I tried calling them and ask to talk to the person who told me there will be no charge for the visit, they told me she is very busy, I hold for 10 minutes, never got response. If I knew this place was like this, I would have never came here. I paid close to $2000 with great insurance that covers 90%, and still not good.

Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in the door and until I left. Zach who I assume just started their maid me feel so at ease He is great. The doctor explained to me all the issues that I have with my mouth. They help me set up a payment plan. And I am looking forward to going back on Thursday to have my issue fixed.

I had a toothache and couldn't get into my regular dentist for over a week. Aspen dentist got me in the next morning and were great. Every employee I had interactions with were polite, caring and knowledgeable. Since the experience was so good I will be dropping my other dentist and going to Aspen Dental.

If I could give this a zero star I would. They canceled my appointment claiming that the manager try's to call every patient the day before and if they don't hear from them they cancel it. I did not receive any phone calls from them. They filled my appointment with someone else and wouldn't see me when I got there. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

First off, the new patient exam and x-ray thing.. is AMAZING!!! and since I had to be a cash customer because of meridian not being accepted anywhere.. I received a discount and everyone was just awesome! Got this horrible painful tooth taken out on the same day! Thank you so so much!

These people are lifesavers! I went in with excruciating pain. The dentist who took care of me, Davis, knew what he was doing. It took him like 2 seconds to figure out what was wrong. I had an abscess tooth, decay of the root from a crown, and it infected my jaw, pushing the crown up and pushing my teeth out of alignment, making the pain 10X worse. The dentist grinded the tooth down so I could actually close my mouth again without screaming. I'm on antibiotics for the infection now. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly too. I highly recommend, and will be back.
