If i could give zero i would they are all money hungry do not care about your pain or helping you get it fixed they told me it would be 119 to get a very broken bad tooth pulled get there turns out its 300$ then they wanted to hand me a paper saying i needed almost 18,000 dollars in work all o wanted was a bad tooth pulled still didn't get that they lied about pain meds saying he would send some over only if i scheduled another appt all it was was ibuprofen which hasn't been working and it took me 2 days to even get that terrible experience wont recommend and wont be back

The staffat Aspen Dental are very friendly. They got me in when I called. And I will have my new teeth in 4 to 6 weeks which is a very quick turnaround

First a little background. I am wet my pants and cry like a baby scared of the dentist visit. I was raised with a country dentist where pain medicine was only used for extreme situations so I always waited till extreme situations arrived. My Aspen Dental care givers instantly on arrival knew they where dealing with a 68 year old basket case. From Shawna the office manager to Rebecca the asst manager, they recognized I needed special handling without making me feel like an idiot. I and my wife kindly but swiftly moved into the professional care of Jennifer, my nurse. She looked after me, assessed me and reassured me I would be feeling better soon. She took my blood pressure and thanks to these three caregivers it was a astoundingly near normal number. Soon Dr Spates stopped by to make sure I was all in the green. We talked, then we had a few shots. He was right! They did hurt me more than they hurt him. I was numb soon and he made sure I was ready. We double checked and then with out further conversation out came the tooth. He offered it to me me but I told him the tooth fairy no longer made deliveries. We shook hands, went to the checkout area where Jennifer gave me instruction and extra guaze. We said good by after a GREAT visit.

Excellent first visit with two of my children! Staff are professional, work well together, consider our whole family needs, provided an excellent experience for each age, and treated us like neighbors and friends instead of numbers or simply customers. Very grateful to have found them and look forward to this continuing to be a supportive place for my family's dental care. Thanks everyone! I know everyone everywhere seems to be working short staffed and are very busy, but you all really did fantastic and made us feel special and safe and well cared for. Keep up the incredible work!

I went today and got an x-ray done along with a 3d image of 1 tooth. This took 90 minutes and at the end they quoted me $2,608 to do a root canal and crown. I then called the local endodontist who said they will do the exact same thing for $1,220. Aspen Dental is a rip off. Update - We spoke on the phone and clarified the misunderstanding about what Aspen Dental prices cover, so I have updated the review to reflect this.

My initial appointment was wonderful. I went in with extreme anxiety and the staff was so understanding and patient. Everyone was welcoming and kind.

If I could chosen 0 stars, I would have. Had an appointment at 11 am and didn't leave until 430pm. Over selling teeth work that wasn't necessary. Dentist went to lunch and my husband had to wait till he returned to actually get work done. Don't waste time or money here. I'll stick to family owned dentistry.

I usually have issues getting my teeth pulled, but every visit I've had to Aspen Dental, they have been amazing. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you will feel comfortable, and are in good hands.

My experience at Aspen dental was top notch. Everyone was professional and caring. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was very comfortable. I will now use them as my dentist and would recommend them to anyone.

Got me in quickly when a tooth broke. People friendly and knowledgeable. They accept Medicare. Filling was painless. I will go to them again.

Dr.Spates is the man! I'm terrified of dentist and he really made me feel like everything was ok had me laughing we were all laughing very attentive to me being pregnant and making sure that I was ok! The girls there too are super sweet I could talk to them all day! Thanks again for getting me in super short notice with the pain I was in, and giving me opinions and hearing me out!!
