I highly recommend anyone to visit this outfit located in DP St John's. They are very professional, friendly, keen listeners, and conversely provides the best options possible for your dental care in record time. When I moved state, a friend told me to visit this outfit, but I stupidly did my self research a went elsewhere- which I'm definitely NOT going back to. I'm not saying it wasn't good but Aspen DP offers an extremely higher level service. The facility is great, clean, with modern dentistry tools and a great bunch of individuals. From the excellent front desk lady, the awesome and friendly Ileana (lady doing the scans), Brenda - the detailed hygienist, the relaxed doctor Dr Yash and the extremely detailed lady doing the estimates it's just a wonderful team of people. The level of customer service is something I never ever experienced in my lifetime and I've travelled globally.

From the planning stages with Dr. Rennie until after the remedial work and follow-up, the experience has been mind blowing. The entire team and staff made me feel like not only was I important, but my complete satisfaction was first and foremost. The dentists at the office in Bartrum springs provide services that are second to none. From planning, finance, x-rays, dental care, customer service, follow-up and interaction, visiting the dentists office leaves no dark cloud or a return reservation. All expectations were met. The staff ensured that any confusion or dissatisfaction was immediately addressed with future follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction. Still in awe of the treatment and care Dr. Rennie!!!!!!!!

I was lucky to get the appointment relatively quick. Dr. Kang explained the process patiently. He is a very caring doctor. My wisdom teeth was extracted in 5 min. The entire process is very pleasant.

Visit was wonderful, Josh was exceptional, very personable and made sure I was not stressing or over anxious while going thru the dental needs. From the beginning to the end the staff was wonderful and the environment was fantastic.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this office and their treatment of my father. He went in for an extraction of 3 teeth and a bridge to follow up. Four hours later, ten needles, sutures and cuts in his gums, and the bridge falling out after the entire visit. HORRIBLE!!! How does a dentist give themselves permission to go into someone's bone and cut out a tooth? You should have referred him to an oral surgeon! And then to top it off the dentist could not find her DEA card to prescribe the pain medication. Do your research before coming here.

I was happy when Aspen opened a new location closer to my home. Previously, I attended the Mandarin location, which was excellent. I had my original appointment about two months ago. At that time, the office was running smoothly. The dentist told me what amount I had to pay as she wanted me to do a deep cleaning. I came back a few weeks later to pay to schedule the appointment. Wow! I went to the front and they put a gentleman at the front desk that had no training. I waited a good 30 minutes just to give them money and schedule an appointment. After 30 minutes, I just left. I couldn't just keep waiting to simply pay to schedule an appointment. I came back a couple of weeks later and they were able to schedule my appointment and take my payment. The gentleman at the front profusely apologized as he still needed training on how to take my payment and had to ask a co-worker. After I was able to get scheduled, everything was great. The hygienist they had on the schedule that day, Britney, was amazing. However, getting an appointment was such a hassle. They really need to ensure the front desk person is fully trained before putting them at the front. I felt sorry for him. He was visibly frustrated and trying his best. Also, people should not have to wait for simple items such as paying to schedule an appointment.

I wish i can give them 0 stars what joke this place is i had appointment today at 1:45 pm and i have conf. And when i arrived they said ur appt was at 9:15 am lol. And she says she doesnt care about the email conf i got. This is not how u do business

Most of the employees are very unprofessional at this location. Extremely overpriced compared to EVERY OTHER dentist I have ever been to. Know how badly you feel when you buy a new car and get nickel and dimed over every little thing? The exact same thing happens here. They'll try to sell you an electric toothbrush for $150 when you can buy the exact same product at your local big box retailer for $45. They'll try to upsell you on every little thing possible. And they are very aggressive with collections.

I make an appointment with the only Dr. 1 week in advance; I reschedule a 3 day vacation; get to the appointment 10 minutes early and they tell me the dr. Can't see me??? Are you kidding me?? The Dr. was in the office and would not see me!! What kind of business is this?? They didn't bother to call me and want me to reschedule. No way will I walk in those doors again.
