Wouldn't give it a star rating, made appointment about dentures, did x-ray of my mouth even when ask why as I had all the teeth pulled, gave me a high price. Then a month later they sent me a bill even though it said on web site office and exam was free.

Clean, polite, professional. Didn't numb all the way... had to stop and give more novicane. But after that it was better.

I am very pleased with my 1st experience with Aspen Dental in St. Cloud MN. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very friendly. But come to find it's because of the money they will receive. I was so excited to think I was going to finally get the smile I deserve. Good insurance. Good job. But completely out of reach . Way over priced I almost threw up. I understand you get what you pay for but there is a line between good and evil. 19,000 I'm saying

So far so good. I went in for a consultation and got the news I expected. Very polite and upfront.

This is the worst dental office. Both of my kids are now traumatized of going to the dentist. I don't know which dentist removed my daughter's wisdom teeth (it was a couple years ago) but the piece of trash dentist pulled a molar instead of an impacted wisdom tooth. Clearly they have very little training and experience.

Complete rip off. Charging you for things that don't need to be done.

nice place or high tech tool... but the person who in-charge not treat as a people ... just seems rush and busy all by target money oriented not by I'm come as client who will give payment not asking money... first need to do X-rays with very cool n impressive high tech, but when come to the technician who spoke experience in 7 years, but when handling me which i already saying i have very sensitive tooth, and many time saying AWW, hurt, pain... n last thing just gave a spray to numb, why not give in first place !!! than come to doctor lady, which so rush exam my tooth by number which i don't understand, but should be if take care client with gentle and treat as a human being, i think more time 5-10 second not a different by time but good for me as client not saying AWW many time and even i heard she spoke to the assistant as my tooth sensitive... n still not change the habit unto gentle mood but rush, like I'm not a customer who will pay... that what u get now, I'm not back with u... and at end they assume i need DEEP CLEANING, what ever reason, n i ask could give only normal cleaning as insurance coverage twice a year, no for you mam, is accomplice nothing, so i trust my gut n change dentist to just double check am i need DEEP CLEANING?? and now i know my tooth are ok don't need deep cleaning, just regular cleaning twice a year... the massage i review this, you might be big company n no need new client.... but for me as a client, need good dentist who treat me as human being, cause im who PAYING the treatment, even insurance coverage not 100%, so basically you still need CLIENT

First I called and they said that they take my insurance..traveled a hour just to be told that they didn't. But a free exam would help right? No. They spent a long time selling me like a used car lot. The dentist hit my sore tooth on purpose and I left with a estimate of $7000 work. and a toothache. All they want is $$$!

The dental assistant and dentist were very empathetic and informative towards me. I have never had a crown done and was very nervous. The dental assistant was very helpful to get me more relaxed throughout the process.

So far I would say my experience has been good. I have had a pleasant experience with the staff, they get you in quickly for your appointments and they are quick to resolve concerns and issues. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience. They were quick and friendly and got some cool technology I haven't saw before. Felt like they know what's up with the teeth.

If I could give zero I would these folks are Racist they seem my name and decide they were great till they saw who I was my name .. at least that's what I feel so my son had an appointment made yesterday today when I called to let them know I was in my way they didn't say anything except Do you have county insurance through the state? I said no ma'am it's thru my employer paid for just like yours .. she says well I'll check n see if we can get him back today .. I said why wouldn't you he has an appointment for 11 it's 1045 .. blah blah whatever she said was not that she needed to be sure they had his info didn't even bother to ask who was the provider or anything just that they aren't accepting county insurance okay well I don't have county insurance so my kids dad ends up getting turned away because they didn't have the card sorry I don't have a card for his insurance like I don't need one office assistant manager said all they needed was my name and social well well wasn't asked for that only told that without the card they need 400 down payment for a cleaning of a Childs teeth..?? wow the audacity of these people is amazing.. discriminatory and rude.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. They did everything possible to get the right treatment plan and cost. I'm so glad I went there. As time goes on. I've needed minor adjustments in between my regular scheduled appointments and can never get in. I have had my dentures for a week, and absolutely can not wear them. I tried calling again today for what would take 5 minutes or less, and I still can't get in. Now I have to wait 2 weeks until my next appointment. I'm very disappointed right now. It takes me longer to drive there.

Had an emergency and they got me in immediately! We don't live in the state but my pain was their #1 priority. Everyone was very kind and I was in and out of the office within 30mins. I thank all the staff that helped.

I hate going to the dentist. I've had such traumatic experiences in the past that I will wait until I have no choice but to go, will live in panic and dread until I get there and all I want is to get it over with as quickly as possible. I broke a tooth late at night and didn't sleep all night knowing I would have to see a dentist ASAP. With Aspen I was able to make an appointment online in the middle of the night for the next morning. Over the course of my appointment I was helped by the receptionist, a dental tech who did the xrays and pictures, a hygienist who examined my gums and did an oral cancer screening, the dentist, and the office manager who went over the results of all of the examinations, the costs of available treatments, and financing options. Every single one of them was kind and patient. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why before they did it, and what they found. They shared their recommendations, but unlike any dentist I've ever been to before, they actually get you out of the chair and into an office to review all of the findings and all of the options to make decisions before you do a single thing that costs money.. They also use a lot of great technology that I haven't seen in prior dentist's offices, and they explain the reason they use each one, which I loved. They have the most modern tools, and can explain how those tools help them see signs of problems earlier than they could have before. I've never felt so at ease on a first visit both with the quality of dental care, as well as the sense of trust that there won't be any unexpected costs. I'm not looking forward to having dental work done, but think that I will be very glad that Aspen Dental happened to be the one that I could schedule with the other night!
