Tooth extraction was performed smoothly. All other aspects of this office are designed to take advantage of patients in need of immediate care. Taking tooth impressions after a cleaning, with tooth to be extracted still in place (ouch and ruined my shirt. Thanks Ginger), attempting to collect signatures on unexplained financial forms while I was getting treatment, charges on bill for procedures that didn't take place. All smiles and politeness in your face, incompetence and criminal behavior behind scenes.

Appointment supposed to be at 2pm I was called at 4pm and cleaning service for $495.00 including my insurance plan discounts . Ps. I don't have to call nobody, it's simple, just respect your patient time and everybody needs to know Greenberg Dental no plan for 80.00 they do Radiography and cleaning. Capich PS. One month later after my review they send me an invoice for 100.00 jajajajajaja you need some food or help Call Red Cross.....

This dentist has one of the worst doctors you will ever come across. I came in because of tooth pain on my lower back wisdom teeth, the dentist was extremely rude and told me all my top teeth were terrible and I should have all them pulled out and to get dentures. Then totally ignored the pain I was having in my lower jaw. I got a second opinion and now have 6 beautiful crowns, all my same teeth. The wisdom teeth that were causing me pain were actually growing sideways in my jaw and were removed from a different dentist, these guys don't know what they're doing. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Tried Aspen out for about a year for cleanings and routine dental work and ended up going back to a traditional dentist. I felt very clearly that Aspen was more focused on how much money they could extract from my insurance company versus actually providing me good dental care. For example, if I call and would like a potential cavity looked at, then I expect to come in and have it looked at and/or repaired. I do not expect to have to make a sort of pre-appointment appointment to have Xrays and similar formalities done, especially when I have xrays on file with the company from less than a year ago. I understand Aspen's policy is to do this every 6 months, but they are alone in this practice, and its quite obvious that they would rather waste my time nickle and diming my insurance than actually repairing my tooth as requested. Aspen also does not have an actual Dentist examine your teeth for cavities after a cleaning, which is standard practice at nearly all dental offices. They prefer to make you come back for a separate exam appointment, so that they can charge your insurance an additional fee and further waste your time. This kind of dentistry was not for me, its also very telling that if you would like to leave a review, they only grant you access to do so if you tell them you were satisfied with their services first.

Dentist and hygienists were all very nice. However, the woman who does the financing was extremely pushy and misleading with the information. She initially insisted that the longer plan was the way to go and that they all had promotional financing. Low and behold I get my first bill and within a week I'm being charged a 26% interest rate. Call, can't actually get a person, leave a message then get a call back where she proceeds to tell me that no that wasn't the case it was only promotional for the short term financing. Now I'm aggravated, this is shysty behavior that's going to cost me thousands of dollars. She tells me there's nothing that she can do then after putting me on hold and then calling me back says she can submit a chit and get it changed. Fine. Im still aggravated. This gave me a panic attack first thing in the morning. Then I try to schedule my crown placement and despite my repeated statement of when I could she continued to state I needed to come in at a different time because it had already been paid for(didnt know they could bill before i had the procedure). When I became testy she decided to tell me what a horrible person I was and how I was treating her so poorly when she was trying to help. She was not helping. She was engaging in shady lending practices and a complete disregard for what patients say or need. I switched my appointments to another facility and my husband will be following suite. I hope the Dr appreciates the loss of buisness.

I was seen as a new patient on Wednesday August 31, 2022. The staff was so helpful. The imaging tech and dental hygienist were professional and so friendly. I actually enjoyed my visit! And the technology they have is so cool, you get to see your chart on the screen in front of you as you sit in the exam chair. I cant wait to go back. Lol who ever says that about the dentist!?

OMG, what a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. You know the dentist has a scary feeling to it but they make you feel at ease. They answered all my question and showed me pictures and examples to make it easy to understand. Of course my procedure is expensive but they have financing and discount if you don't have insurance. No pressure to book extra appointments and free consultation with x-rays and exams. Thank you so much. St.Cloud Office.

I have not been to the dentist in awhile. The staff was amazing the young woman who went over the plan and made my appointments was super. All the staff was great.
