Had dental hygiene process competed. Very thorough, knowledgeable and efficient dental hygienist. Friendly and very good explanation of process performed. Given an Oral B electric toothbrush (very nice), toothpaste and an oral rinse with thorough instructions on how to use all. Then had impressions taken by a dental technician and also the dentist. Also very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Found whole experience very, very satisfactory. Have already recommended them to others. Thank you Aspen!

Dr Aboosi was excellent. I hate going to the dentist but he made me feel very comfortable. Great personality. The assistant was very nice.

Limited experience as this was my first visit. The appointment I needed as a new patient was worked in quickly to their schedule. I had an appointment the same day from a cancelled slot. They were very helpful in registering my information to their system. The tablet used to register was super easy to navigate and complete without a lot of hand writing in your lap. I was seen quickly upon arrival. The person doing the x-rays was super kind and helpful in getting these done with very little discomfort and quickly. The exam by the dental hygienist was well explained and the video screen there was able to show me the areas I had concerns after the exam. The steps going forward were detailed with a printed description for my reading later. The dentist was very well mannered and continued with the same reassurances that the staff before him displayed. I was given several option to get my teeth and mouth healthy again. A path was chosen and I was taken to an office manager room to discuss future appointments and payment methods considering what my Insurance did not cover. The manager was able to secure a very low balance considering the initial cost. Different payment options were available and that made the transaction more affordable. This was my first impression and I will document future visits if updates are needed. I enjoyed and appreciated the amount of time given to help me turn my dental health around. Place is outrageous, even with good insurance they wanted me to pay 300 for a cleaning. Bunch of crooks!

I'll start by saying everyone at this office was very nice and pleasant to deal with. That being said, if you are looking for a family dental practice experience, this will not be the place for you. The first appointment doesn't even include a cleaning, although they did do that for me because "hygiene had time." However, the actual cleaning took less time than the ridiculous number of x-rays they took, and my mouth didn't even feel fresh afterwards. I felt like I was on an assembly line, shuffled from one x-ray room to the next x-ray room, a multitude of images with the bite wing device jammed very uncomfortably in my mouth. Then to the chair and the hygienist calling out numbers to someone across the room, but not really doing anything to my teeth, and yet another scanning device jammed in my mouth. Then the doctor came in, looked at my teeth for about 5 seconds, and declared I need 3 fillings, so I need to schedule those on two more appointments. Everything was very rush rush rush. Of course, their primary concern is how much money I need to pay them for "included" services that are not covered by my insurance and weren't even discussed prior to making the plan to provide them. Then to top it all off, they wanted at least half the payment for fillings before even scheduling the appointments. Um, no, Aspen Dental, I will not be your cash cow when the actual care I received was a poorly performed afterthought, and all your energy goes into the smoke and mirrors production you put on to try to impress people who may have never had a great family dentist. Won't be back.

Everyone was extremely pleasant, and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dealing with dental anxiety, it's very rough for me sometimes, but from the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was great!

From the initial visit, x rays and all that, they were so friendly and professional.. I appreciated the options for payments and financing.. when I went to the oral surgeon my appointment was at 11:30, by 11:41 my tooth was out and I was on my way !! I've always been afraid to go to the dentist because the shots are excruciating..I was in tears during the shots, I have low key PTSD from dentista!! but they barely even hurt and it was over so quickly!! 5 stars!! Definitely will be going back for more work!!

They present & say "do you want a toothbrush" the toothbrush is $130. Let your customers know upfront the cost--stop leaving it out because we trust you as a medical professional! I saw the dentist for pain in my left molar 30. X-ray showed the right also had a cavity- I trusted them because they were medical professionals! After three try's to fix the right side that I didn't report hurtling, I now have to see a specialist in Pittsburgh have a root canal & crown. St. Clairsville, Ohio sold my son a toothbrush--he thought it was free because they do not tell you it costs $130, had they told him it was $130 he would have text me to see if he could afford it. St.C Aspen deducted the money out of his account which I had a credit for him because of his disability. I won't go back and I have nothing positive to say. At the moment I now have an abscess due to too much trauma on this tooth-three tries and they still did t get it right! Super upset I'm in severe pain, abs now I have to pay $420 for a crown & also a root canal. Skip St.C Aspen & find someone else.

If you want a great dental experience with a really reasonable price this is the place to go. Very pleasant and yet professional, they truly care about their patients. St. Clairsville, Ohio is where I went and I just loved the total experience. Keep up the good work
