I came for an Emergency dental issue...got the appointment within 30 mins...seen in the office very promptly and got my Emergency fixed and out the door in a couple hours. Wonderful staff, quick fix and low dollar amount spent equals a happy customer. Thank you ladies much appreciated! Will be back!

Went as a new patient and Dr. Canady, Hannah, Mandy, and Dawn plus the rest of the staff went above and beyond with their care. Also very personable. I will be going back.

Absolutely love Dr. Canaday and his assistant Emily! Fantastic , painless experience. And I loved the pumpkin decorating contest they had in the front office. So welcoming and fun!!! Great staff all around. Great value, too.

Seriously in pain and shock, had to have a tooth extraction because of the pain I have endured the past month. I could not afford the 700 they wanted for a root canal versus the 70 for an extraction. I call because I am in pain now that the numbing agent is wearing off and they say of course I will be in pain and would have to see the dentist again before he would prescribe anything else. I'm so tired of being in pain. I do appreciate how fast they got me in and prescribed antibiotics but ibuprofen and tylenol is not helping right now. DO Not go here. You will be in pain and they won't help. This has been horrible and traumatic. This is the exact reason people do not go and do not like dentist Edited to add- They do not like bad reviews which I am making sure to do. The office has messaged me back, but it was too late. I did not need medication after two days. I also hope the girl who answered the phone and giggled when I said I'm in pain got fired.

Sadly I had not been to a dentist In 15 years. Finally got insurance. And had some tooth pain and decided to go. Overall a good experience for somebody that is somewhat frightened of the dentist and has not been to one in so long. Everybody was nice and upbeat & put me at ease. Explained things when i had questions. Which was nice! Not to mention the cool Halloween pumpkin contest.

I absolutely refer Aspen Dental to anyone who reads this post. They came through on an emergency with a front tooth cap falling out even though I was a new patient. They accepted my insurance which is Florida WellCare HMO. The office in St. Augustine is staffed WELL & everyone there is friendly, helpful & make you feel important.

I went in for part 2 (Part 1 was August 16, 2022) of an enhanced cleaning which was done by Dawn. Scheduled BOTH appoints with less than a 2 week wait. My appointment was actually for tomorrow (my mistake) but they went ahead and did a super cleaning. My only issue was on the administrative side making sure my insurance covered everything and in the end, all is well. DAWN DID A GREAT JOB BOTH TIMES!!!

This team is so nice and accommodating. They have quickly worked me in when I have had a problem multiple times. Dawn did an excellent job and was truly a pleasure to interact with.

I went as a new patient today. They had gotten water from flooding from Hurricane Ian, but were still up and running with fans blowing everywhere to dry things out. Although a bit on the noisy side, things were running quite smoothly and my experience was good.

I had an emergency very very painful and a scary situation. They had me come right in and took care of me I'm so pleased with this dentist ...dr canaday that I am switching my appointments to here and telling everyone I know about the great service and comfort this dr gave me the staff was amazing and very comforting as well wonderful experience..... for going to the dentist..... as anyone can have thank you again staff

First time visitor and I was pleasantly surprised. Each staff member was kind, courteous as I arrived. I was taken back at the appropriate time, XRays taken. Afterwards the dentist stepped in and reported back their findings. I found the dentist were Truthful, yet not Over The Top when recommending additional services. I was very pleased!!! My only concern was the lobby area which looks a little tired. The seats were worn, and there with little to any new reading material. However the coffee did smell delicious!!

Painfull archaic tools used for in mouth Battery of X Rays . came in for ins covered x rays and exam and simple cleaning ! Instead, told i had needed $2000 worth of work i didnt even come in for, and was Refused simple cleaning i did come in for ???? Like car salesmen trying to not do as requested, and make as Much as they can !

It was excellent all the staff members were very co-operative . Dr Booth was extremely good with extraction of my tooth.
