always booked a week or two out, and DOES NOT OFFER EMERGENCY TOOTH VISITS, if you break a tooth or loose one, you're better off going to a hospital or care facility more staffed and equipped, i give two stars because they at least able to pull a tooth out without issue

I found all of the staff to be very friendly. The work done was great! Though my consult took a little longer than expected the staff were apologetic. When I returned for the work everything went just as they said. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental.

Staff and office are nice, until you get to the end where they try to "upsell" you into unnecessary and expensive treatments. After their recommendations, it would cost 10 times as much as my previous dentist.

I have never experienced a dentist office like this one before. They made me feel so welcome. All the staff was amazing ... Especially Deangelo he was awesome ... each and everyone one of them had such awesome bed side manner. Dr. Joseph was very thorough. He was very patient and explained everything to me that he was gonna do....Thank you to all the staff for making me feel better you all are awesome... I pray that God Blesses each and every one of you. Thank you all so much

This was my first time visiting a dentist in over 15 yeqrs and I was nervous. However, I had an dental emergency so I had to make an appointment. My experience was handled professionally at every level. I would suggest that anyone putting off going to the dentist should try Aspen Dental.

I went several times one assistant well she just was rather rude I figured she was having a bad day. I recently had issues with a crown they placed I didn't ever look at it because it felt wrong. Yesterday the assistant was down right rude refused to let me talk and listen. Stormed out of the room she returned in a bad mood asking with the dentist they both at that time wouldn't listen. They finally grinded the sharp spot on crown insisted it wasn't hitting. They didn't even listen it hits my gum above it when I am trying to sleep... Rude and unprofessional. I recently had to have an emergency root canal because they failed to have me return to fix my teeth. I'm sorry we dropped the ball didn't get you in to take care of that tooth... The excuse was they were going through staff change. They tried to get my husband in for a very expensive procedure and wouldn't clean his teeth.

Dentist was incredibly knowledgeable about my situation and made me feel at ease. All of the assistants were incredibly nice and caring. The front desk staff was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be returning for all of my dental needs in the future.

I recommend Aspen for all your dental care, but most definitely for your dental emergencies!! I had a rotten tooth with an exposed nerve and I was in excruciating pain. Aspen fit me in asap with an appointment. The staff was amazingly professional and caring. My dental assistant Trenyia was an Angel sent from Heaven. She not only went out of her way to make me comfortable, she did it twice. Thank you Trenyia! Dr. Joseph is the best. He had that tooth out in ten minutes and I was pain free and so grateful for it! I'm not a fan of the dentist. I've had some awful dental experiences. This is the 2nd time Dr. Joseph has worked on a emergency dental extraction for me and he performed beautifully. This is a great team who really know their profession and care about their patients. Thank you Aspen!

The people where great they explained everything every step of the way but after having a tooth pulled for the first time ever in my life they didn't provide anything for pain!!!
