I struggled in moving to a new area and trying to find a dentist. I thought the convenience of a chain would make it easier, and it was for the first appointment. However, the wait times are lengthy and the office refused to schedule x-rays and a cleaning in the same appointment which then required multiple appointments and visits for a simple cleaning. The staff was kind, but I didn't appreciate the crude language used in the office. I also was heavily pressured to pursue expensive and unnecessary procedures that had never been advised to me by previous dentists. As a young adult still getting settled into their first job, that was a lot of pressure to put on me in that environment. It was also impossible to make a second cleaning appointment by the end of the year. The online scheduler only works for first time appointments, and I could never get through to someone in the office. I switched to a local, independent practice

The stuff was excellent, and very polite...I came in there because I had pus coming out my gums (I have numerous bad teeth), but just wanted to get antibiotics to treat the infection.. They did x-rays and the finance manager came back and told me I needed $13,000 and or $40,000 worth of work done...I live paycheck to paycheck and obviously couldn't afford that and that's with insurance.Told him I just wanted the pus to be taking care of at the moment, only needed antibiotics, got talked into a $1400 deep clean and then got antibiotics which did not work...A week later had to go to another dentist to get treated correctly...So unless you have thousands of dollars to put into your mouth I would not recommend this place.Go to a local clinic, $1400 and their treatment did not work, was seen at urgent care and spent $5 for antibiotics and the pus is gone.Showed my x-rays I got from Aspen to another dentist and was quoted well under half their cost for the same treatment.. Everyone has an opinion and this is mine, the guy just wants money more then actually helping..

Everyone was so kind and pleasant. Very professional. No pressure in trying to get me to purchase something I was not ready to do at this time (like dentures). Ver pleasant experience.

They are only open 1 day a week. I have left messages for several weeks now trying to get an appt. They began a root canal, but will not have me back to finish the crown. My tooth keeps breaking smaller and smaller, but they will not call me back.

I wouldn't even go so far as to give then a single star, but in order to completely thrash them publicly I had to give them the 1-star. The Springfield office is complete and utter trash. They have absolutely zero bedside manner. Their 'guaruntees', 'promises', and 'warranties' are all an absolute joke with no real world merit whatsoever. Tried calling their office once a week since the 3rd week of January...I never received a single call back until today over 5 mo ths later. Best advice, go elsewhere for your dental needs elsewise be ridden with only 1 day of availability and an utter lack of professionalism for your troubles. 100/10 do not recommend

Well....1st I got to thank them for taking out 5 bad teeth on a Thursday that were killing me in Springfield..but I called the last Thursday and they set me up on a Monday appointment in troy for 2:30..they called me around 12:00 and canceled my appointment and said it would be 2 weeks to get back in with my teeth that were killing me..I didn't give up on them and called around to there other stores with not much luck...but thank God someone with Authority called me back and set me up appointment in Springfield..I had a ExamAnd x-rays Thursday morning and came back Thursday afternoon to have them taken out...there's good people there in Springfield..I would have been lost and in alot of pain trying to find another dentist ...to do it in less than 2 month's...a 5 for getting it done..a 3 for Canceling my 1st appointment..

Made my first dentist appt. with them and will be my last! It started out my appt. was at 3:45pm they called and said they could get me in at 3 instead if i wanted to come earlier which i said i would.. I got down there and they said my appt. Wasnt till 3:30 and when i started tellin bout the phone call they just waved me off. I waited an hour for my appt. then got stuck with a new girl who couldnt take my x rays and was rough while doing it. And to top it all off they had another patient in the room with me that was on the the other side of the room just watching me. Most uncomfortable feeling ever!! Do not recommend.

Dr Patel is AMAZING!! Hands down one of the friendliest and most professional dentists I have ever seen. She made referrals for the best care of my child and was very transparent and honest about what she and her team were able to do and what may need to be referred out. The office broke down costs very easily and everything was explained step by step. Highly recommend Dr Patel.

Super nice staff and Dr Modi is a great dentist. I would absolutely recommend using this Aspen Dental location. *FOLLOWING UP* Went back again to get my permanent partial and it fits absolutely amazing. Thanks Chris Elliot !

Are spending 23 yrs looking for a dentist to pull my teeth and give me dentures.. with no success. I was at my whits end. I had 2 broken teeth, 1 was a new break and the other was a repaired tooth that i knew would break again. I went to Aspen dental with the hopes of getting them pulled, but was so excited to learn the doc agreed my teeth were in bad shape and needed to come out. So i am now on a treatment plan that will have my teeth pulled, get dentures, and the best part...NO MORE mouth pain!!! Thank you Aspen dental for caring enough to help me.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! Dentist was wonderful, patient, and kind and gave be treatment options and respected my decision and gave me a game plan for the rest of the work that I need done.I will definitely be returning.

I have bought my dentures there (and have never been satisfied), I paid for my oldest daughter's dentures (her dentures have never fit right), and now I've paid for my youngest daughter's dentures and she can't even get in to have the places causing her pain sanded down. Very rude office staff and very poor service.

Non caring staff. Was obviously upset that they couldn't just have everything go how they wanted at the end of the day before they left. Doctor didn't remember which tooth needed pulled.

Was a typical experience except they forgot to send in my prescription into the pharmacy I had a hard time getting a hold of anyone in the office and when I did I was told they had no file on me and then they hung up they never tried to contact me after the fact so I had to make another physical appearance to the clinic just to have my prescription sent and filled with what seemed like no consideration or remorse from the staff

If I could leave 0 stars I would First I went in for a tooth pain I was having. When they did my x-rays and stuff they were rude about it and kept smashing the machine equipment off of my tooth. While running the machines they kept hitting it calling it a piece of junk and couldn't get my pics done right. After getting to the room they did my 3d xray of my teeth and kept shoving the probe down to far and turning hitting my tooth all while complaining about that machine as well even though it turned out to be operator error. Now my tooth hurts more. The dentist came in bairly said anything to me. Stared at her computer. Took a 30 second look in my mouth and touched the hurt tooth and said that the one that hurts ? And went back to the computer. After all this they sent me put the door with nothing done about the pain but just a ", go see this person then this person then come back and we'll talk. " not even an attempt to help me or a solution other than " let's pull 4 teeth and give you dentures. ", On top of it all wouldn't even listen to me explain about certain teeth and what dentist have discussed with me before about it and couldn't tell I've never had a filling or cavities. They do not care about their patients just the money and getting you out the door fast. Extremely untrained, tries to scare you and ultimately the worst dental office I have been too. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

Staff was great... I had to have a tooth pulled and they worked on me and got the job done.. Thanks so much and I would go back again...
