We didn't even make it to the appointment. My husband confirmed his appointment 2 times and then they cancelled his appointment when he didn't respond to a 3rd confirmation email sent. Why do we need to confirm appointments 3 different times? Ridiculous.

They told me on the phone that they took my insurance when I got there they said oh we don't take your insurance. So I made a trip for nothing!!!

I had an unfortunate miss hap with my lower dentures when my grandpuppy Drake decided to go shopping on my nightstand, he knew better but they had to of smelled awfully good to him. Drake is a 80 lb two and a half year old German Shepherd. That evening I walked in to the living room and noticed him move quickly away from what looked like my dentures on the floor. Oh my goodness, they were my dentures I picked them up and put them where they belonged. The next morning I went to clean them and four of my bottom teeth were missing! My stomach dropped and I almost cried. I got a hold of Aspan and they had me bring them right in. They assured me that they could fix my denture and that I would have them back that afternoon. When I went back to pick them up I couldn't even tell they had been broken. Thank you Aspen Dental for taking such good care of me in my time of panic. You have been my best experience with dental care. You made me a beautiful set of teeth that gave me my beautiful smile! That you were here for me when I needed you the most! Sincerely Brenda

It was pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, and helpful from talking with Joey about which level of denture, I wanted. Financing was available if I needed. To options casting. I chose the Asap casting. Gabby was very friendly & helping me choose. Personable. Dr Kendall who did the casting, did a great job of making my casting. With Gabby assistance. I had the options of leaving my. Denture and coming back or waiting and hour while they did their work. I waited and watched TV. They were reasonably. Fast. On my way, in a hour & half . You can edit for space

The staff gets things done in this busy office. They are in constant motion from the desk support to the dentist they are moving fast and they know what they're doing. They probably all deserve a raise! This was my first visit but within the first 10 minutes I knew that I could trust them and I knew that I would be well taken care of and I was. Did I mention they should all get a raise?

Worse customer service Ive seen. Waited nearly 2 hours in a room. X rays were very painful. Find yourself a local dentist and keep money in the Ozarks

I've been to Aspen on Kansas expressway for x-rays and to assess a plan. I called on the 29th of June the gentleman told me I had to pay 1600$ before they could start the work apparently dentures for the top are costing me more than the 4000. My insurance will pay for. I didn't agree with him,he said someone would call me. Still have heard nothing. I'm fairly new to Missouri, one thing I've seen is places of business have lost their integrity if they had any at all. To the young man answering the phones...get some training.

This place is amazing! I had an issue with my insurance and Jessica went above and beyond to correct it! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and will answer any/all questions you may have. If you need a quality dental office, this is it!

Great first experience! It can be a challenge to get the first x-rays but I treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. The doctor took extra time to explain my options in a way I understood. My teeth have been on the back burner for a while and I felt no judgment about that just a plan of action. 10/10

I'm giving 4 stars because everyone there is polite and nice but i did not enjoy that I had to wait so long to get back because my appointment was at 11:15am and I did not get back until 11:30 am and I did not get seen by the dentist until a little after 12:00 pm but other than that it is a nice place was clean the bathrooms was clean and everything like I said everyone was nice there even the dentist was it's a good place to go to it's just I wish they were a little quicker to get to their clients
