I was most pleased with the care that I received at Aspen. My appointment consisted of a cleaning and a crown. The hygienist was so friendly and gentle and caused me to be at ease. After the cleaning, Kendel, the dental assistant, greeted me and explained what he and Dr Young would be doing, step by step, in order to prepare me for the crown procedure. Dr Young was very cautious to hide the needle that he used to numb the area. Kendel checked on me often during the procedure to make sure I was ok or to even ask me if I needed a bathroom break bc I was in the chair awhile. I did not experience pain, except a brief sting of numbing. They were gentle and attentive to my needs. Previously, Dr A had serviced my needs and I thank him as well for a calm experience. We all need that peace and calm that I have experienced every time Ive needed Aspen. I highly recommend this location in Springfield. Thank you drs and staff!!

I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years. They did an awesome job with my gingivitis cleaning and wisdom teeth removal and made sure I was comfortable and gave me everything to have a proper aftercare routine. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs affordable dental care!

Dr. Adepoju is phenomenal! He is patient, professional, informative, and thorough. He is very kind to my daughters and make sure they and I understand not just what he is doing but why. He is an honest man and you can tell he prides himself on his trustworthiness. Excellent experience! Even my daughters commented on how they like him and like how honest he was with them and didn't just talk over them, to me. Also, Amber is a patient and kind assistant! She explained everything to my daughters before she did it, and she was extremely patient and kind. She's knowledgeable and very easy to work with. You can tell she really wants to do a great job with her patients, and she does! We have never had that kind of experience we have had here, in any other dentist office.

I am so frustrated after my appointment yesterday. I did not see my dental hygienist or a dentist, only the dental assistant. He was very nice but my teeth were not cleaned by a dental hygienist, and no plaque was scraped. I have loved it over the years will not be back

My visit was not a very good visit. But the people who work there are great! Everyone was wonderful. My tooth was infected and extremely painful when I got to the clinic. I thought they would give me antibiotics and I would return when the infection was gone. However, they told me that they pull infected teeth all the time, so I said okay. They gave me a lot of novacain and pulled the tooth. It was the most painful extraction I have ever had.. I am still in pain 4 days later. But I can feel some relief starting today.

The office bullied me into paying in advance or they would not complete the service even though I had insurance. Aspen then refused to provide my insurance company with the information they needed to pay the bill which was nothing special x-rays and charting. They still owe me a refund because they overcharged me based on their contracted rates with my insurance company but are refusing to do anything about it. I've made multiple phone calls gone to the office in person to get the documents I need and have been denied at every turn. If you like paying out of pocket because the office is too lazy to communicate with your insurance this is the place for you.

I would never recommend this place. They canceled my appointment I had scheduled over a month ago, and took off work for. They are not there to help people, and they do not care if you've be waiting in pain. Do yourself a favor and DON'T waste your time. It's a joke!

I went to the Dentist today in so much pain. The dentist immediately assured me that he would take my pain away. Within 10 minutes of being in his chair he prepped and pulled my tooth. It was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. Thank you Aspen Dental. From the front office, to the DA, to the doctors. They were great.

Had a great consultation. They were very informative about what to expect and what I should do. If you don't have insurance don't blame them for the cost. I don't have any insurance and that's on me. Remember they're fixing our mistreatment of our teeth. It's on us as individuals to be grown-up about our responsibilities. Just had 8 teeth removed and Dr. Adepoju is awesome. I was done with actual pulling in just over an hour. His dental assistant Izzy is just as great. She calmed my anxiety and was very informative about everything that was about to happen and gave very informative instructions on my after care with my dentures. I believe they're probably the best dental experience I've ever had. I'm in my late 50s so I've been to a few dentists and I can compare from my own experiences that aspen dental staff is top notch in their field of dental care

I went to Aspen dental 7 days ago, they did X-rays and a consultation. Then told me what it was going to cost, it was 1800.00 out of my pocket after insurance. So that sounds reasonable. Well after I told her that I didn't have the money right now, and that I just wanted a tooth extraction, they got right on it. Now since the tooth extraction, on the side of the mouth, that the extraction took place has swollen up. It looks as if, I have a baseball in my mouth. So yesterday, I called and told them that. She asked me if I was following the after extraction directions, and I told her that I was. She asked me if I was in pain, I told her that I was in a little pain. She said that the only time that she could get me in was Thursday morning, I asked her if I could make it in the afternoon and she said no, morning only. So I guess if something happens to me as far as infection goes they (Aspen dental) will be responsible. UPDATE, this is a week and a half, almost 2 weeks and the swelling has not gotten any better. I have an appointment sometime today, they don't communicate well. They did call me and we talked about the swelling and they set me up for today's appointment. I will update after the appointment today. Hopefully they can tell me why the swelling is not going down.

Terrible dentist! If I could give this a zero I would. Tried to give my husband partials that would not fit at all! When a discussion was had the dentist was rude and condescending. Talked to my husband like he was a child. He even had the gaul to raise his voice at my husband! Only good thing from this place was a refund!! Do not recommend this office at all.

Aspen Dental is the best place to go for your dentures! besides the kindest staff, that take very detail concern for your concerns, they know what they are doing. I got 2nd pair of dentures through them earlier this year, and i accidently broke the top and i just went and got them repaired on the same day! I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
