Still in the parking lot worst unprofessional place ever I booked an appointment for a cleaning I didn't get it done cause the staff scheduled it wrong I will not be back and recommend you find another place!!!!

Kept telling me it would be less than they tried to charge me when I actually showed up. No problem with the doctors and assistants, it's just difficult when they say your last appointment will be less than $100 and at the desk they ask for $280. Do not trust them will your billing!

I want to thank Aspen Dental for their great generosity and empathy for the donations sent to the Island for those who were victims of Hurricaine Fiona & lost everything. I know dental hygiene is at times the least of peoples worries at a time like these, but because of people like yourselves we were able to provide the last of the families who made it to the shelter a toothbrush, dental floss, toothpaste, soap, towel, clothing & food. I create an appointment for Monday 9:00am and when I arrived they say was for Tuesday at 9:00am I arrived at 9:00am on Tuesday and they told me the appointment is at 10:00am really I travel 30 minutes and is crazy they are doing this kind stuff no good at all

Nice people. Expensive without insurance. Had a tooth ache, called told them that, was given an appointment the next day. Get to the appointment and was told that they werent gonna fix my tooth ache, that they had to look at everything else. Partially felt ignored throughout the entire thing. I genuinely didn't care about the rest of my teeth, just want the pain to stop, and it felt like "other care" was trying to be proritized. Felt like I had to constantly ask about my tooth ache to get my answers. Was told I would get pain proscriptions to help. My pharmacy still hasnt recieved them, it's the next day. Will update if it gets better

Came to get an exam and x-rays and I felt like the hygienist didn't really know what she was doing she had to ask for help a lot and I was in a lot of pain doing the x-rays I wasn't comfortable at all, On top of that this place was kind of dirty I seen hair on one of X-ray machines and the paint was literally chipping off onto my clothes

Went in for two fillings, and they came back... honestly... stunning! My teeth look like they reversed time, and all in a painless motion! Can't be happier, and can't wait to go back!

They did the entire intake/intro over the phone, took ALL of our sensitive information, insurance numbers, etc, even scheduled the appointment... and then weeks later THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT during the appt confirmation, they casually mention they dont take our insurance and everything will have to be paid out of pocket. Are you guys crazy? Where did you learn customer service? Are you high?

I can't say it's a sea place because I didn't get past the receptionist, when I called I asked her if she accepted the plan I have and of course she said yes. I make an appointment and it turns out that when I arrive they don't accept my plan. It was a waste of time and because it is not clear what types of plan they accept and which ones they do not. Very annoyed by little clear information

Went in as an emergency visit with a bad toothache. The staff was very professional and very understanding of my needs. They opted for a focus appointment where they focus just on the issue at hand instead of trying to give a full exam right away. This was really nice because then I was able to get the pain taken care of right away versus being in pain longer than anticipated. When it came to my extraction, all the dental assistants were very knowledgeable about the post-op care and making sure I was comfortable for the extraction. The Doctor was very nice and even when removing the tooth she payed very close attention not only to what she was doing, but also to the assigned signal in case the pain or pressure was too much. Once I get the bill, I will be able to gauge the value versus the care. But the care alone was excellent and I am pleased to be rid of the pain.
