I had a scheduled appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and was told I'd have to wait because the appointment was not confirmed. Office staff said i have to call and confirm appointments or respond in some way. They claim they tried to call, they sent text and/or email. I never received any communication. I was never told appointments have to be confirmed. I asked they send a test message. Office staff said the did. I never received it. Yes I checked my spam folder. I have not received a call text or email.

I recently broke my front tooth (on a Friday afternoon, with an important business trip coming up on Monday!) and required an emergency appt. While it was quite a challenge to find an available dentist in my home area, Aspen was able to secure an appt for me 2 hours away. Despite the drive, it was an excellent experience! The staff was efficient, helpful, and very polite, making a stressful visit less so. And the dentist did an excellent job, being sure I was comfortable throughout the visit and satisfied with the result.

The surgery Dr. Sim him and his crew I loved them all .. I also loved the new Dental lady she was really nice I love every one in the office I would give everyone on a 100% I will give everyone a good report

Had an urgent issue and they set me up the night before, I was a new client, took great care, great service, corrected my issue and we have a plan for care going forward. Never been to any Aspen before but definitely will recommend based on my experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Springhill. I was having some major tooth pain, found out I had a cracked tooth. If anyone knows the how that feels, it painful. Kim at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to fit me into a schedule at the earliest time possible. I was able to see the doctor that day and get a appointment to get tooth extracted. On appointment date, the whole team was very nice, and fun to talk to as I was going through hell. Kristy, the dentist assistant Is very funny and made my experience very enjoyable. Tooth pulled in less than 30 mins by the Dr. Douglas was also great. Couldn't ask for a better group. Thank you, Aspen.

They were very accommodating by finding a same-day appointment! They also worked with me to find a solution regarding payment, while waiting for my new insurance to begin. Plus, they are near Starbucks, so win-win!

I would not recommend at all especially if you have anxiety. I notified everyone I talked to that my daughter had anxiety with dental work and the only one who would listen is the hygienists. She was wonderful and cleaned her teeth without issues. The dentist and his assistant was a different story. They were rude and straight mean to her. Told her he didn't care if her teeth rotted when I told him I wanted my money refunded he said fine but good luck finding anyone that will do the filling. When all my daughter said is she didn't want to be there.

I went to this dental office recently. Every time I go they change dentist and staff. I went for a semi annual cleaning with no dental pain. They had made me a lower dental partial awhile back and I was pleased with the final result. Dr. Douglas saw me for the second time and after looking at my x-rays and then proceeded to inform me that five of my upper molars needed to be removed . That's all I have by the way. Upon further contemplation, He then decided it would be best to remove all my upper teeth so I could have a full set of upper dentures because it would work better. I told him that I would prefer to keep the ones I had as long as I can. He then told me that He didn't blame me. He then scheduled me for a single office visit to remove my five molars at one sitting!. Anyone that has ever had a single extraction of one molar would know this was madness. It sometimes takes an hour for one tooth and recovery time can be painful and lengthy .Let me add that I am 78 years old and take blood thinners. Fast forward and at my wife's insistence, I obtained a second opinion from another local dentist who recommended extraction of only one tooth. He felt the other dentist was very aggressive. An understatement if I ever heard one. But Dentists don't like to disparage their colleagues. I can't believe any dentist would be so eager to remove so many teeth so fast especially when all of them except one is still salvageable Beware if you go to this Dentist, if extractions are advised do not consent until you have another opinion. It would be my recommendation that you do not go near this dental office unless you are truly desperate.

Don't Blind By The Name Or Location This Aspen Dental in Spring Hill, TN is a horrible dental clinic.They are very not professional, they forgot every single mile there was a dental clinic happy to accept new patients. Starts from the front, sweet mouth but is very slow, looks confused for what they are doing, takes so long just to get the answer. My wife had an Appointment with the dentist for the Wisdom Teeth surgery at 1:00 and they asked us to come 30 min before (12:30), when we were there the dentist was not ready even after 2:30. They knew my wife had been fasting for 8 hours as they asked her the day before, but no information given how long we must wait for the dentist? we waited with uncertainty! Then, the surgery was cancelled", because my wife drank a cup of water in the last 30 minutes before the sedate was injected, please don't think every human can survive without getting liquid into their body for 10 hours. They offered to reschedule but NO, this is more than enough, we want them to refund my money, cancel the claims to my insurance and we decided to cancel for 3 people cleaning procedure plus 4 filling for me and my two daughters at this location for the next couple of days. When the "Manager" processed our refund and cancel to the insurance, I told her, both of us asked not to work today only for the surgery and we deserve the compensation, but the "Manager" blamed that's my wife's fault by drinking water, why doesn't she remember how long we must wait for the delay, but they remember to called and get "All Paid" from us in advanced for this treatment before they want make the appointment with the dentist. Then when we are going to get out to thank you or apology words come out from the "Manager" to us, instead my wife says "Thank You", to her. Leave of absence, wasting our time, gas, mileage and fasting for nothing, what's going on with Aspen Dental Spring Hill, you make my day brutal! We realize regrets always come at last at this location
