Nichole RDH is absolutely amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I can always trust that I will be in good hands and well cared for. Highly recommend! 10/10

Summary: signed me up for credit card with out me understanding despite asking to pay out of pocket Charged me $400 for cleaning despite my insurance stating my copay should be between $25-50 Still have not received refund for care I did not receive after 2 weeks My experience in the actual office was great. I was told I would need lots of repairs on my teeth and decided to pay for some out of pocket. My insurance stated they were an in network provider but my cleaning was going to be $400, not sure if that was an issue with them or insurance.I initially paid, but then decided paying over 1,000 for care did not sit right and I wanted to cancel and get a second opinion. They stated I would get a refund in 7-10 days. I waited 2 weeks and called corporate and they stated the refund had not been requested. I also did not realize they had signed me up for a credit card despite asking to pay out of pocket. They are great with customer service and have convenient scheduling with open availability. Although, I have never been charged that much for dental or been told my teeth were needing that much work despite regular check ups. I needed to switch dental providers due to changing of insurance, but will not return to Aspen.

Terrible customer service. They take your money and forget about you. Have made many calls with no return call. Dentures were not fit well and wanted adjusted but could not get them to schedule. DO NOT TRUST. LOL. GUARANTEE NOT. THE WORST EXPERIENCE.

My review is not of Aspen as a business, but for Dr. Grabowski and denture specialist Renee. These 2 ladies did everything within their authority to provide me with a full set of dentures that look so natural. They both listened to hear and heard to understand what I needed from them. Both of them took their time and put the work in to make my dentures perfect for me. Dr. G and Renee, hands down, saved my relationship with Aspen dental. In today's world genuine kindness and care are hard to find. I am truly blessed to have this dynamic duo as my care team.

These lovely angels made me feel so loved right from the start. I'm not talking comfortable or secure but truly loved. I can't explain it. Dr Grabowski, Dr Drumi, Ixel and Nichole all showed a caringness that went beyond care giver/patient. First time ever that I was moved by a group of young women professionals or any care giver for that matter. I will not forget this ever. Thank you so much.

This is my first visit and I am happy United Health Care Dual Complete will pay most of my dental bill and I can pay the rest on Care Credit and won't be charged any interest. I have a future appointment to have the work done I need. So far so good.

20yo daughter was an established patient with an 8:30 appt for a regular cleaning. She received a confirmation call the day before that indicated it was a new patient appt, and was now at 8:45. She informed them she was an established patient. She arrived on time for the appt, was made to fill out intake information, and was put in a room for a 'treatment plan consult' (new patient stuff). In the 1 hour and 40 minutes she was there, she was given an undesired/unneeded 'new patient' consult (with, per her, significant wait time), and had x-rays done. She had to leave for a work shift and was unable to wait longer for the dentist to review her x-rays with her or to get a cleaning (the purpose of her appointment).

Overall my experience with Aspen Dental was fairly mediocre until recently when it took a sharp nose dive! While I did enjoy my dentist, Dr Ahmad's upbeat, funny demeanor and he was always interested in how my life was going.... the patient care I was provided was consistently poor. One day, a doctor I'd never met before came in while I was seated in one of their patient rooms... he didn't introduce himself nor did he explain what he was going to do... he just said "k open up!" And started drilling in my mouth! Another day they had me pay for treatment that I had not yet received! And then more recently I needed them to make new invisalign trays for me because they no longer fit over my new crown. I was told Dr Ahmad made a mistake and I wouldn't be charged for the new trays. And I would get them in 2-3 weeks. It's been over 2 months, I don't have my new trays and I haven't been able to reach anyone in the office! Noone answers when I call the office. I've called multiple times and left several voicemails. I've even spoken to their answering service who has sent 3-4 urgent emails on my behalf one of which went directly to their HR/corporate department.... and still I've heard nothing from them. IDk this for certain, but my suspicion is that they feel like they never should have promised me that they wouldn't charge me for my new trays so therefore they aren't calling me back. I'm done with Aspen Dental. I highly recommend that everyone stay clear!

I will never go her again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. They dislocated my jaw, I over paid, and I have been waiting almost 5 months to get a refund. They don't go out of their way to help if you have questions. I'm still in pain from my root canal almost a year ago. DON'T GO HERE

This has been the best dentist I have ever gone to! They take the time to explain the radiographs and go into detail about what's wrong and how to fix it, without making you feel like the worst person ever for not flossing Your teeth everyday. The doctor even admitted herself about bad habit she has regarding her teeth health as well, malins you feel included. 10/10 would recommend

This company has been awful to work with. I have been charged for services I didn't receive and it took weeks and repeated phone calls and messages before I could even get a hold of a live person. I've received random messages saying I needed to urgently call the office with no other details. Once I called, no one answered or responded to the voicemail I left. When I visit the office and voice the issues I always get a blank statement that the staff member will reach out to cooperate and get back to me. Then I never hear anything. The 2 stars I gave are for my hygienist Nichole who has been lovely to work with and is great at her job. She deserves the full 5 stars.

My family and I had our teeth cleaned by Nichole, RDH. She was wonderful with being gentle in sensitive areas. She answered all of our questions. We all are looking forward to seeing her again.
