Awful experience!! Not only did they violate my HIPPA rights by contacting a family member over a crown THEY LOST and she is not on my release of information list. They asked her to ask me if they had placed the crown... otherwise they lost it! Didn't even contact me to let me know I had to hear from a family member that doesn't work there anymore thank goodness!! Her experience working there alone is absolutely frightening. I was asked to volunteer for a test procedure and was assured it would be covered start to finish and was assured it would be by the penny pinching Dr. Ahmad. Most untrustworthy human being I've encountered!!!! I go in to finally finish this volunteer procedure after a circus experience they now want to charge me! I have unfinished dental work due to trusting their word.

Was professional and friendly for the most part. Bad first impression with the front desk, but was our first visit and on the way out the front desk personal seemed better?

They are sales people masquerading as dental professionals. Avoid at all costs. They will upsell you on unnecessary procedures

The ladies were so sweet they were not hesitant about the customer service and I was genuinely "freaking out " (broken teeth and over 10yrs no dentist) and I ended up laughing and trusting myself with them as them with I. Courtious efficient and amazing The dentist himself too :-) was a great experience and that's hard when your seeing the dentist (for some/me).

I was happy with my experience. Tab, the , hygienist, had a good touch and was very caring. The whole team were exceptional. The building is new and the equipment was superior.

I had the best experience with this Aspen dental, all staff were very nice to me, they helped me out. Thank you Jessica.

They will send you a bill out of no where almost a year after whatever you get done. You try to explain things to them and all you get is "well this is what it shows me".

My experience at the new office was not so great, too pushy a sales pitch on something I told her I couldn't afford and their only other option was a horrible inferior product but, you're office in the valley made up for that 100%. They were wonderful. I'm good to go and can't wait for my next appointment.

Hard to work with and rude receptionists. Maybe there should be more communication between YOUR office and the office scheduling department. No me but you should address that. Your departments are all over. The office says one thing one day and the next day something different. It was a great two hours of wasted time for me. Thank you.

Personally upon trying to book an appointment for a MONTH, only to be told I would be contacted back but never was and when I finally reached out AGAIN, was giving nothing but poor service from the staff. Nothing but disrespect and just from that alone makes me NOT want to go or book an appointment of any kind from how rude they were over the phone when trying to book the appointment.

I was given a quote for 2 implants, but, every visit has cost me additional fees. The office manager needs to give patients the bottom line total so they are prepared and not hit with hidden fees. The staff is very nice.

Helpful and patient, kind and thoughtful. Everyone was on point in regards to helping and making the whole experience as painless as possible. Very grateful for the experience and would advise to friends.

Stay away from this dump. They do not provide health / dental care - they exist solely to extort as much money as possible from you and your insurance provider. On my first and last appointment in their cheap nasty office, I was assaulted with a sales pitch for a $30,000 procedure that is completely unnecessary. Do yourself a favor - find a better, professional office that provides you with the care you need.

Overall, I cannot recommend this place (valley) and I will be finding a different dentist. Credit where credit is due, the hygienist that performed my cleaning was awesome: efficient, professional and skilled. I've never had such a painless cleaning. While many of the support staff I had experience with at Aspen were quite personable, there was a disappointing lack of professionalism and cooperation. I was there to fix a cracked crown (at least that's what I was told was the problem) and after the cleaning, a dentist I'd not seen before or since came in and, in broken English, rambled about needing to put in an implant on an different tooth on the opposite side from the problem tooth. He did finally agree that I was there for a different tooth and that one should be fixed with another implant, not a root canal like I was told the previous visit. They did the hard-sell in the business office with a difficult to read bill that contained several items from the now unnecessary root canal that were left in and some possible future services that they tacked on as a presell. Accuracy is important, I feel. To their credit, she removed them when I pointed them out and asked her to remove them. During the surgery the dentist ran into a problem on one of the implants (it was just spinning in the hole) using the new super-cool high-tech machine so had to get a more experienced dentist who fixed it freehand (so kudos to him, he's a rockstar). Two days after the surgery I was called by their office to ask which pharmacy I wanted my prescriptions sent to. "What prescriptions?" "The ones the doctor ordered." "Yes, but what are they?" "Medicine." "Ok, medicine for what exactly?" "For your surgery." She flat out refused to tell me what the prescriptions were or what they were for. I called back three days later because I hadn't heard from the pharmacy and that time the lady on the phone at least guessed she thought they might be for pain or antibiotics. To be fair, she was quick and complete in answering my other questions. I finally got the meds 5 days after the surgery (just the antibiotics because the pain meds were pointless by then) in a bottle that states "start day after surgery". Not a big surprise that one implant is now quite infected. No, I have never had a phone message returned. Yes, it was always "pay in full before service". And really, "Sorry your experience wasn't to your expectations, please call us at..." looks a lot like "not interested, we get a lot of these, here's a cut-and-paste job."

Treated well. Friendly staff. Received free exam and x-rays. Unfortunately, the prices seem very high to get the work done at $306 for one extraction. $12000 for all the work they want to do.
