My partial broke and I needed a new one but I hate getting the impressions done but Aspen Dental has the technology where the use a wand on a machine to do the impressions and I'm very happy that I went them

Great care from Doctor Yates and staff! They were able to treat an abscess quickly and will definitely be returning and using in the future.

I had to rate one star to be able to comment. But in all honesty, I wouldn't give them that. I came in this morning as a walk in, because I had a broken tooth and the nerve was exposed and painful. But was told that they only had one dentist there. That dentist was scheduled for patients with wisdom tooth removal and was doing appointments only. I politely made the comment well maybe you shouldn't advertise emergency services, and walked out. As I got into my truck, I noticed the guy from the front who I spoke to, was standing at the door peaking under the sign on the door. He was watching me get into my truck and watched me until I drove off. If that's the way they treat potential patients. I do not care to give them my business.

My whole experience was wonderful! Superb associates and a top notch dentist. The best dentist I've ever been to! I will tell everyone to come here for the all their teeth needs!

Very polite staff ,just don't explain things like they should do not let you know the process over the term of getting your teeth perm in.very disappointed about that. Left my other dentist to come here cause my understanding was it would be a quicker all over process with aspen.

Honestly, one of my best dental experiences. Staff was very friendly and down to earth. Actually listened to my issues with the intent of finding a best solution combined with their expertise.

I decided to give it 3 stars because of the really long wait . At first I gave it a 1 star but the customer services team made me feel better and explained the process to me . So the customer service team is a 5 star but the waiting 2 hours was 1 star .

The people are friendly n certain about your teeth n help with your financial if you need it n they try hard to save the teeth for you they aren't like these other dentist. I love them

I moved to Spartanburg and visited here since it's closer than my old Taylors dentist. Will be going back to the one at Taylors. This place is overpriced. 1) you have to have a checkup (takes weeks ahead to schedule) 2) they tack on unnecessary things - we asked for a simple cleaning which our insurance covers 100% of, these people wanted $200+, half up front 3) after the checkup then you schedule the cleaning, weeks ahead Be like me and take a longer drive to Family Health at Bushy Creek, 1405 Brushy Creek Rd, Taylors, SC 29687 Worth the drive.

It was the best experience at a dentist office that I've ever encountered!!! They were professional and courteous and had the most up to date equipment that I've ever seen. Plus they went into extensive detail about what I needed to have done to make my smile the best it's ever been!!! I lost my teeth in a car accident 18 months ago and they told me when they were done it would look as natural as they did before I lost them!!! God Bless those people at Aspen Dental at 2125 East Main St. In Spartanburg SC!!!! Thank you all for everything, Tommy C.

I called to schedule both my children and an hour later they called me to cancel both appointments because they do NOT see kids under 12, but according to the lady that schedules, they start seeing patients as early as 6 years old. My children are 8 and 13!! They need to update their search site to where it doesn't pull Aspen Dental under pediatric dentistry!! A total waste to schedule children here, I DO NOT recommend!!

IDK first visit and not so happy . Went in for bad tooth pain at 8 this morning and 5 hours later I still don't have a prescription. I'm so use to dentist sending the prescription right away especially if it was an emergency appointment for pain . Left with a $2000 bill and nothing about the pain is resolved yet . Didn't even tell me they wasn't sending it so I keep wasting my time moving , in pain, to go the the pharmacy and nothing . Unacceptable frfr.

Worst experience ever. I went there for a simple repair of one tooth replacement on my dentures The young lady at front desk, I think her name is Tanisa. She forgot I was there for 1 hr. When the dentist came out to the waiting area she asked me what I was there for. She then told me they could not replace my one tooth on denture because they were not sure if they had the same color match. I couldn't believe I wasted all that time for nothing. Tanisa said without apologizing to me , that she dropped the ball and forgot I was there. Unreal, do not go here. You will be sorry.

Terrible experience at this location. Tried to go get a simple teeth cleaning, but they just wanted to up sale and push a non covered type of cleaning. When I refused and asked for just the simple and covered cleaning I was told that they would not offer that for me and I could just leave... I have never posted any negative rating on google, but this experience was just so bad I just wanted to share it.

Everyone was so nice & friendly. Dr.Yates tells you what his going to do, if you have any questions he will answer you.. The best dental experience I've had .

Very friendly staff, just never explained the process was left in the dark what was happening during each appt till I got there.billing was not informative.
