Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start. After not going to the dentist for a while, I went in for my first appointment. When I made the appointment, I told them I needed a check-up and a teeth cleaning. I got there, and they did the check-up but explained that the hygienist who does the cleanings wasn't in that day. They also told me I needed two fillings on each side of my mouth. I was also told that I needed a special electronic toothbrush that was quite pricy. I was then told that they would schedule me for two separate appointments. One appointment was to clean and repair the cavity on the right side of my mouth, and the second was to do the same on the left side. After they worked on the right side of my mouth, the teeth in the back of my mouth became very sensitive to the where I could not even chew on that side. I went in to get the left side done and told them I still had pain on the right side. The dentist seemed very frustrated, then asked if we shaved down the right side the last time, I was in. How was I supposed to know that? After a week or so, I had pain and sensitivity on BOTH sides of my mouth where the fillings were put in. I called, and they checked it out and shaved down the fillings again. I had four appointments with Aspen Dental, and I still have pain and sensitivity where the fillings were put in. How do you go from having no pain before the dentist to having pain AFTER? After this experience, I canceled any future appointments I had with them. This place is a scam, and they only want you to come in so they can bill your insurance. I will never be going back.

It's my opinion this is the best place to go for any type of dental care. From the front office Parris is the best! Friendly, caring with a warm smile she greeted me. My dentist was exceptionally good to examine then tell me what to expect. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was my first visit today with ASPEN DENTAL. As to going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, this visit was fantastic! The staff were ALL very nice & pleasant to talk to . I really liked the dentist, who was very kind & comforting, & very easy to talk with. She answered all my questions, & DID NOT GO OVER MY HEAD in her explanation to my question. It only took about 2 minutes to get the back, jaw tooth removed! I was amazed. I definitely will use them again in the future.

I could not be more disappointed with this office. Had an appointment last week, all went well. Started antibiotics to have a tooth pulled today. Went in, they don't have me scheduled. Tried to get me to reschedule, but I already took time off work for this. So they said they'd honor it. Then, they get back and they slap a wrist blood pressure cuff on me and my blood pressure was 182/118!!! I assure it was NOT that high or I'd be stroking out. I am a Dr and the technique used to take a blood pressure was unacceptable. Poor technique, too tight a cuff and on the wrist. "Can you come back in a week?" With an infected broken tooth? No thank you, I'll go to the family dentist. For an 8am appointment with family dentist. Then, they say may take 24 hours or more for family dentist to receive an email with my X-rays. So I'll have to pay out of pocket for new X-rays in the morning. Thankfully they refunded my money, which I had to pay for in advance, last week when I made the appointment! I will say this, front office ladies were very pleasant. I'm sad the rest went so wrong.

My 1st time at this office. I had an appt to have a broken tooth pulled today but dentist found it has become infected after taking another xray of tooth. Prescribed an antibiotic and scheduled a return appt to return in a week. Super nice dentist. It was my 1st time seeing a female dentist. Took lots of time and seemed truly interested in my care. Look forward to next appt.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Dentist went over everything with me. Then the girl in business office showed me the different dentures and I got to pick the ones I wanted. I go back to start the process of getting dentures. I would recommend them to my friends.

Took my original complaint down because my next visit was way better but went back today and it was back to the basics. I payed for everything I needed done in my mouth before I ever started now that I'm half way done they've already added a crown now there saying saying I need another crown or root canal on a tooth there acting like they just seen in my mouth for the first time. It had holes in it before I ever went to aspen for an exam and apparently they never wrote it in my bill so after I thought I had payed for everything it's at least going to cost me $2500 more and the dentist don't even say anything to me about it only reason I noticed is because I asked about when I would get a certain filling done and they said it was already done when they haven't touched that tooth but they sure charged me for it! They have no clue what's going on in. there from the desk to the dentist. It's crazy how unprofessional they can be and how much they can get away with!

The staff from the time I got there and through out my visit, were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous but they pit my mind at ease. They are willing to work with you any way they can to help you get the financing and procedures you need done. I would recommend to everyone!

My husband called to make an appointment to re-glue a temporary crown which became detached. We live elsewhere. He told them what he wanted done. At the appointment they took x-rays he did not want or need. He completed a multipage health history form. The dentist glued the crown on and charged $116. Ridiculous charges had to be paid up front. Stay away from this office on Main St in Spartanburg.

The people are really nice and the dentist and dental assistant explained everything really well about the procedures I would need to fix everything. The person who set up my appointments and helped me set up my payments was really sweet.

Had my dentures made at Aspen in Florida. We moved to SC and I had an issue with one of them. They were made several years ago. I walked in and they fixed the issue the same day. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

They did a ton of x-rays when I went in last year. I was supposed to go back for a cleaning. They canceled my appointment. I tried to reschedule in July and they want to do a ton of x-rays again. NOPE.

My husband just had to have two Teeth re-filled for the 3rd time yesterday now today one of them broke again. For me they kept raising my bill on what I owed them. They give me a amount when they first examined me and that is the amount I agreed too and they kept saying I needed to pay more money, so now I have paid $400 over what they said and still need to have two teeth filled that what part of the original price that they say isnt. This place is a rip off, if you can go anywhere else please do, I can tell you I will never go back to that place ever.

Don't go here, very unprofessional dentist and she not very nice. I went to get my tooth abstracted and she did not have the patience for me or the confidence. She numbed me then she said that I couldn't open my mouth wide enough and she made me wait for long period and after I was all numbed she comes back poking making sure I was numbed all the way which I wasn't because I still felt pain and she like is that the farthest you can open your mouth and I said yes and she basically shoving her fingers down my mouth making me gag because she said she was trying to keep my tongue getting in the way. The worse dentist ever! So basically they sent me home all Numbed and refuse to remove the tooth, the only good thing is the nurse did try playing calming music for me and the financial lady is really sweet but the dentist lady is a jerk and does not have great bed side manner or patience or confidence. Seek else where for your dental needs!
